Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside. The resort has a swimming pool, a pleasant spa and a restaurant specializing in local dishes.

esperienza molto rilassante e confortevole.. Abbiamo dormito in una stanza e la mattina seguente abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere la spa tutta per noi. magnifica! abbiamo proseguito con un massaggio a testa. è stato tutto troppo piacevole. Personale cortese, gentile e preparato. Bravi!!

Posto incantevole, immerso totalmente nella natura. Stanze carine ma da ribiancheggiare! Ottimo il servizio SPA ( ringraziamo ancora le due operatrici). Lascia molto a desiderare l' accoglienza( abbiamo atteso 15 min prima che si palesasse qualcuno), il ristorante e l' aperitivo di benvenuto. A questi prezzi c' è di meglio.

Da dove partire ? Che “Il pesce puzzi dalla testa” lo ha dimostrato Daniele, responsabile della reception! Una proverbiale indifferente maleducazione ai problemi esposti che lascia l’amaro in bocca! Ambienti e biancherie sporche. Water non lavati e giustificazioni assurde per spiegare il cattivo servizio! Camera cambiata per ben 2 volte e entrambe le volte una delusione ( allego foto ) . Ho ricevuto un’offesa nel presentare le lamentele in quanto mi è stata offerta una bottiglia di vino in regalo che naturalmente rifiuto per correttezza etica ! Struttura con un potenziale straordinario ma con una pessima gestione …

Decisamente affascinante il posto con una vista piacevolissima. Le camere sono accoglienti, tuttavia mancano le Zanzariere fondamentali in campagna. La sala centrale non permette la socializzazione la sera è buia e poco accogliente costringendo le persone andare a dormire alle 10:30. Il servizio è stato altalenante, d'impatto gentile, ma molto confusionario e a volte con lussi inappropriati. In generale c'è bisogno di continui input e attenzioni, che potrebbero essere ovviate da un'organizzazione migliore e sicuramente più sincera.
