Vezo Hôtel

After a trip of almost 1 month in Madagascar, the choice was made for me and my friend to treat ourselves to a few days of rest in the comfort of a three-star hotel. The services sold by the Vezo Beach convinced us. What a surprise to see that these were only a decoy since none of them were honored. The summary of our stay: Wifi completely absent during the stay, electricity also absent for part of the evening and night, cockroach in the bathroom, toilet bowls in pitiful condition and broken flush, very early wake-up call by the hotel employees while posters are posted everywhere in order to remind that silence is the order of the day in the corridors, a 45-minute massage billed as 1 hour. Despite numerous complaints to the reception, only various and varied excuses were given to us, and their manager always unavailable to receive us. It is a shame to pay the price for services that are non-existent. When you advertise three stars and a price like that, it's important to pay more than just attention to appearances. Choose the competition, which will honor your stay at a lower cost.
