I love this resort I have been many times and I plan on going back April 2026 for my birthday This resort is very very clean Everything is very close in walking distance The food is great lots to choose from Drinks are plenty with many varieties I suggest the Spanish coffee amazing For parents the staff have so many amazing activities for children and they treat the kids amazing The staff goes above and beyond to make your vacation enjoyable I cannot thank them more and say enough about their wonderful personalities they treat you like you are coming to your second home From the office staff right to the gardeners they are truly lovely I have been to many other resorts this one the staff especially Aselia will treat you like family You will not be disappointed in your stay Highly recommended the Spanish coffee amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Love this place! We first came to the Daiquiri in Feb 2024 as a couple. We have since returned once with my husbands parents and most recently in May with 2 of our kids (not really kids). 17m and 20f. With a third trip definitely in the near future. This resort is great for families and couples if ya don't mind the kids. If your looking for luxury this probably is not the place for you. If you are looking to have a good time, enjoy the beach, and maybe make a new friend or two, it's perfect. We don't travel with little ones but the kids that we did see participating in kids club activities with Marlie look to be having a great time. They even get there own part in the nightly entertainment and I think it was a great way to get them involved. The beach is beautiful! Every time we have been it's been slightly different. There is a sandbar to the right if your looking at the Ocean. Great place to explore with kids. Please teach your kids to leave starfish in the water. They suffocate outside the water! The resort itself is clean and well kept. Yes, some repairs need to be done and updates made but I think that is a continuous process. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff are amazing! Right from our first encounter we were made to feel welcome. By the end of our first stay we felt like we had a home away from home. We have made many friends both guest and staff. Aselia was a HUGE help getting us moved back to the Daiquiri after being told by our travel agency the resort was closed. Adriana and her team at the front desk are a great group, friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Richard and Debray in the lobby bar, the kitchen and restaurant staff, Kokina and all the entertainment crew, they are all amazing! The food....I am not all the picky and don't mind the food one bit. It would be nice to have more fruit and veg. options and yes it does get repetitive but it's decent, healthy and works just fine for our family. Try the Churros!! We bring our own snacks and of course some to share.

A family trip to remember. Never thought we would be so pleased, our expectations were high but they crushed them for good. Great food, great drinks, nice rooms, excellent staff and an entertainment from another world. Nildrey, Darita, Julio, Marbelis, Joel, Yunior, Yoel, David, Yani, Sachy, Gaby, Marlie, Koki, all excellent people and super professionals. I will come back for sure

Food was repetitive and not very good at all. Rooms dated with broken fixtures, TV didn’t work, sliding door to patio was sticking. No toilet paper in bathrooms by snack bar and toilets didn’t flush. Ran out of some liquor drinks (pina colada’s, daiquiri, etc) by 3pm. Snack bar only open sometimes. Hamburgers were not ground beef. No French fries. No pizza. Lots of eggs at breakfast but no hard boiled eggs at lunch or supper. House flies and cockroaches (not all over the place but were present). Staff were ok - not as friendly as I was expecting but not rude either. Just regular. Beach was lovely, pools were ok (drink bar did not have the waterfall going). Beach and pool had lots of chairs. Boardwalk with huts had a beautiful view but in need of a little repair. Entertainment staff were good. We had hot water but our shower head would not stay up above our heads. Air conditioner worked very well. Rooms were clean as was the resort in general. Only given one small roll of toilet paper per day. We did enjoy our stay. No one goes to Cuba for the food so we knew what to expect. However; there were no theme nights with the food. Just the same thing for 7 days lunch and supper. We did a la carte but they were equally if not more disappointing. This resort has lovely bones. It’s a perfect size. Lots of room for renovations. If they are complete this resort would go back to being a 4 star. As it is right now, I would say it’s a 3 star resort.
