Location is decent, rooms are big, they allow late check out . Food is very good but they take a lot of time to serve

Few things which I expected (rather did not check before booking)
1. No lift & we got rooms on 2nd floor. We had a friend with ligament injury so it was tough for him
2. TV does not have a cable connection. You need to connect your laptop to watch anything. If you don't have it then good luck😌
3. TV electrical points were not working so it couldn't start anyways
4. No room service. You need to wait untill 8-8:30AM when the cook comes to get a tea/coffee. Nothing cannot be ordered in afternoon post 3:30 as restaurant is closed till 6:30
5. on the day of the check out the cook met with an accident so we couldn't not get the breakfast at the hotel. Don't know what happened with folks still staying there. There was no backup arrangement. It's only when we asked, we were told that cook is not available and it took some convincing to adjust the refund against outstanding dinner bill but it was not smooth
6. Parking space is very limited and often you need to start the day with following up with staff to clear vehicles infront of your car. This delayed our plan to drive back to Pune
7. Place is 10mins walk to Morjim beach

Had a great time at the hotel. The approach to hotel is quite narrow and might face some parking issues when the hotel is full(with cars and people. Covered breakfast is really sumptuous must try that out

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Rooms are spacious, staff is really good, restaurant food is amazing, it’s really peaceful place to spend your time.

horrible experience they don't even bother to provide the basic things to the traveller's.
The bathroom tap continuously leaked for 3 days and night with a horror voice...
informed staff multiple but no response
