Best stay I ever had in goa is here... from morning breakfast to night dinner everything delicious and great... The Hospitality service here is very good and is at top notch... The room are spacious and the great thing is that you can directly access to the beach from the property itself....

This is a lovely small boutique type hotel on the beach with restaurant and spa The food and the restaurant is very good, specially to dia and is very reasonably priced. I ate there every day or recommend this place and if I go back to Goa, I will definitely stay there lovely staff very very helpful enjoyed sitting on the beach drinking the cold beer.

Description was a misleading. There is no sea view rooms within this property. Rest the property is good.

Absolutely wonderful, lovely place to stay lovely Staff fantastic rooms all seem to be new with iron hairdryer minibar Jacuzzi shower comfortable day recommended hundred percent . The spa was closed that day, but I believe it’s reopening in a week or so. Loads of restaurants on the beach to eat from. walk from your room onto the beach wonderful wonderful, wonderful stay. Thank you.Royale Amata . Truly Royal.

The resort feels little congested, and parking for four-wheelers is challenging. The restaurant is overpriced, and the nearby beaches are dirty, which dampens the experience. Accessing the resort is difficult due to narrow roads, and overall maintenance is okay. However, the staff are cooperative and genuinely trying their best to make up for the resort’s shortcomings. While their efforts are commendable, the resort may not be ideal for those seeking a clean and well-maintained getaway.

Met with a smiling welcoming receptionist. Quick check in and showed us the room and explained all the amenities. Hotel situated on the beach - very clean and not so busy. Peaceful stay and staff could not do enough for us. A very pleasant stay and will surely visit again in the very near future.

This little hotel, but it’s beautiful rooms and right on the beach so wonderful place to go and relax I stayed there with my partner. It was a wonderful time actually we’re looking at booking again in a few weeks. Nice people on the beach not rather crowded. Very clean tidy hotel, lovely people
