the worst stay
good location even tho it's not too easy to find, beautiful territory and nice swimming pool, that's it. The rest was horrible! Bad service and very dirty rooms. Dusty furniture moldy walls and broken furniture in the rooms. Room service very slow, asked for water and had to wait for 2h.. same story with fresh towels. Food was delicious (not breakfast)
This place doesn't look same with pictures. And information provided in this app as extra bed pricing, room details etc are far from reality. Hotel never agreed to provide us with proper service and every time i'd show manager my booking details and ask for it they would just make a face and smile and show me that it's not what they have in the system at some point i've just given up and waited for it to be over so i can finally move to different place

Hotel manager mr. Mukesh is from bihar and is having no hospitality even he spoils all mood of vacation apart from mukesh all staff is good and hotel is good

I would like to recommend anyone who looking for a great stay. The combination of excellent rooms, restaurant and pool view makes a memorable time for us. Thanks a lot all the team members of La Gracia resort. Only thing I noticed is you should improve the room service to next level. Overall we are satisfied ☺️☺️☺️

Everything was below average. Hygiene was not maintained. Bed sheets were changed when we forced. Swimming pool water was not clean and stinking. It was over priced so not value for money.

The place was avg but management was worst. Owner drink in pool and all staff also very casual. They do not manner how serve his clients. No room service and no phone in room. Small pool and small rooms. No cleaning on time

Bathroom condition was very bad. It was so dirty. They didn't even whitewash it since long. Nearby area was also not cleaned.
