We stayed here as vendors for the Historic Morganton Festival. There are several handicap parking spots available. The hotel front desk clerk was very nice and assisted me with an accessible room with a roll In shower. Upon checking in, late at night after the festival, we found that the toilet pressure was not sufficient to flush. The water valve was turned halfway off. Also a light that was on the table didn't work, until we found the plug out of the wall. There was a roach in the bathroom and there was no place to place soap while taking a shower (no holder). The toilet that is supposed to be ADA height was not, and had a seat life on it, that was insufficient to be considered as ADA room. Breakfast was quite sparse with just sausage patties and scrambled eggs.

We were checked in by Angela, the GM and she could not have been nicer. We really liked that check-in starts at 2.00pm, since we came to drop off our stuff and head into town. Our room was spacious, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet, the windows open (!) and we enjoyed the instant hot water (no waste of water at all). Our room overlooked the parking lot, which we like. Body lotion, shampoo and conditioner comes in large bottles on the wall. The inside of the bathroom door was in bad shape and needed painting or to be replaced and the door into our room was totally out of square and had a huge gap on the top. We couldn't get the TV to work, but didn't need it (maybe write out instructions on how to work it). Breakfast was the normal fare: bagels, two kinds of toast, waffles, yoghurt, sausage patties and 'scrambled eggs', which were terrible. Having some kind of potatoes would have been nice. We will certainly stay at this hotel again, when we are back in Morganton.

Everything was perfect. The beds were awesome to sleep on. Breakfast was so delicious. This changed my outlook for Comfort Suites Hotel!

We were charged 70 dollars for a 35 dollar pet fee, we need help. This property wasn't worth the cost. The pool was down, not as expected.

Very disappointed
Stated there was a hit tub, but one does nit exist. Tv wàs very hard too work and couldnt get any help with it. Key cards didnt work, had to return to the desk. Jetted tub was a joke, smaller than regular tubs. No streaming servicre only cable tv.

Ridiculous and
I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi I took screenshots excitedly and sent to my fiancé. It was his birthday plus valentines and our anniversary so we needed to get away from the kids and life and stress to just appreciate each other. Anywho somehow at the last minute my reservation got changed to a jetted tub which is not a jacuzzi in the room. The front desk instructed me that they would have to check for a jacuzzi room as I stood there in tears, I paid for this with my own money and I didn’t want my fiancée to have to pay a dime but then the lady tells me she has one but has to pay an additional 50 for the jacuzzi I paid for now my fiancée had to pay out of pocket 50 because I was not expecting another charge this our a strain on our night financially as we have four kids and rarely get away so all in all the hotel was fantastic but the service I received was absolutely ridiculous and short of a whole new booking for a night for free I will never use ur services again and will tell everyone how yall deceived people to make more money
