Guten Tag,
ich möchte Ihnen mein Feedback zu meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel mitteilen. In der Anzeige war angegeben, dass das Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, doch leider entsprach dies nicht der Realität. Stattdessen wurde nur ein Ventilator bereitgestellt, was die Nacht aufgrund der großen Hitze sehr unangenehm machte.
Bitte achten Sie in Zukunft genauer auf solche Angaben, da dies falsche Erwartungen weckt.
Abgesehen davon war mein Aufenthalt positiv: das Essen war gut und die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr praktisch

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and had 24h reception. They have an airport shuttle for 10 Euro per person. Parking is free. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Free wifi. Only German TV channels but you can sign into your streaming service.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very friendly service. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. This was my second stay, and it certainly won't be my last.
