Cada vez empera más la calidad del hotel, teniendo uno de los lugares más privilegiados de Morelia, el agua caliente tarda en salir 25 min caliente, desperdiciando cantidades increíbles de agua. No tiene nada de hotel boutique más que la ubicación privilegiada. Ojalá pronto tomen cartas en el asunto que cada vez está peor el servicio, limpieza, las toallas super viejas, lastima.

El Hotel tiene cosas muy buenas pero tambien cosas muy malas. Comenzare por LO BUENO: El hotel es muy bonito y de un estilo maravilloso, los desayunos son realmente buenos y aunque el servicio del restaurante es lento, es bueno y son amables. Les falta personal, los pobres se parten en 8 puestos. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras, la ubicación es muy buena. LO MALO: 1. Les falta personal, para ir al estacionamiento si el de la recepción está atendiendo gente no puede irte a abrir, estuvimos como 20 min esperando. 2. El agua es un SERIO problema, estuvimos en una habitación sin agua caliente y sin nada de presión, nos cambiaron de habitación y la presión mejoró un poco pero el agua era tibia y hacía mucho frio, un día quisimos bañarnos a la 7.00am y el agua estaba helada, eso esta muy mal. quizá prendan el boiler trade como si quisiera horrar 3 pesos de gas. El agua no sólo tarda como 10 min en calentarse si no que es insuficinete en cantidad y temperatura. El agua es una primera necesidad, ¿para que quiero papel de baño de primera sin poderme bañar decentemente? El AC de la primera habitación está roto. La puerta de atrás está cerrada mientras el restaurante esté cerrado, está es una de las mayores atracciones que hay y el que no esté abierta almenos hatsa las 10pm es una tristeza. Se oye todo lo que pasa en los pasillos desde las habitaciones. TODO ES MUY BUENO Y REGRESARIA EXCEPTO POR EL TEMA DEL AGUA, ES GRAVE.
