Muy buena ubicación con un concepto original y cultural (con obras disponibles para observar e incluso comprar), todo muy cómodo y agradable, el desayuno está rico y el personal es muy amable. También recomendable el restaurante para comer o cenar, comida italiana deliciosa 😋

Muy bien servicio, las personas amables y dispuestas a ayudar. Pedimos un cambio de habitación a último minuto e hicieron lo posible para ayudarnos. La ubicación del hotel también está bastante buena, a pasos de las Tarascas. La habitación de cama matrimonial es algo pequeña pero se entiende por donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel.

This was our first trip to Morelia and I don't think we could have chosen a better or more welcoming place to stay. The Portico Hotel Galeria is within easy walking distance of all the major tourist sites in Centro yet just enough removed to be quiet in the evening. And the staff there is exceptional! Thanks so much to Erandi, Carmen, Carlos, Uhon, Lulu, Angie, Veronica and Karina for making us feel so at home. We were even able to arrange a fantastic day trip to Patzcuaro through the hotel.

Excelente servicio la comida y las instalaciones muy buenos, muy amable cada persona que nos atendieron, el arte cuadros y todo los que tienen en la galeria hace unabestancia muy particular. La seguridad del lugar muy buena, de antemano bueno servicio.

Me encanta el lugar. Es cómodo, limpio y de calidad. La única recomendación que tengo es, si como huéspedes pedimos toallas extras (o algo similar), tras la limpieza remplacen el mismo número de toallas. Para evitar requerirlas nuevamente.
