Excelente trato del personal, todos son súper amables. La habitación muy confortable y limpia, con desayuno incluido, el cual es bastante consistente y de buen sazón. El único "pero" es que, en las noches se escucha el ruido de la calle, pero lo han resuelto perfecto, pues te dejan sobre el buró taponcitos para los oídos. Es la primera vez que me hospedo aquí y sin duda regresaré.

Las camas y almohadas son muy comodas, nuestra habitación estaba bien iluminada y limpia. Tiene un mini bar por si se te antoja algo en la noche y cafeterá con un kit para preparar café que fue una gran ayuda. Todo el personal Erandi, Carmen, Karina, Angie, Lulú, Rocío y Vhon fueron muy atentas y estuvieron al pendiente por si requeriamos algo.

Excelente ubicación, a 14 minutos del centro caminando y cuatro minutos de la Fuente de Las Tarascas. Desde que llegué la amabilidad y atención del personal es algo que caracteriza al hotel. Muchas gracias a todos, Karina, Erandi, Lulú, Vhon, Angie, Rocío, Jacobo, Carmen, sin duda hacen que tu estancia sea muy placentera.

Buen hotel con habitaciones limpias, muy cerca de la Fuente de las Tarascas y a 15 minutos caminando del Centro Histórico de Morelia. Excelente atención de Karina, Erandi, Carmen, Lulú, Vhon, Angie, Rocío y Jacobo. Regresaría a este hotel sin duda.

Estancia agradable, desde la llegada al hotel, me recibieron con mucha calidez y amabilidad, agradezco al personal que atienden en Pórtico Hotel Cultural, Carmen, Erand, Karina, Vhan, Angie, Lulú y Rocio, extraordinarias personas, en muy pocos lugares atienden con la calidez y amabilidad que todos ellos ofrecen a quienes nos hospedamos en este lugar, agradezco mucho sus atenciones, con gusto los recomiendo, y seguro regresaré, fue una excelente estancia de dos semanas, muchas gracias

Excelente servicio, con la mejor ubicación, cada rincón es muy interesante y atractivo de noche muy tranquilo, el personal muy atento y eficiente, muchas gracias a erandi, Carmen,Karina,rocio, lulu, Angie y Jacobo. Sin duda un lugar al que volveré varias veces.

Super atentos, muy claros, y siempre al pendiente y los detallitos q nos dieron al final se agradecen mucho, llegamos ese mismo día y nos trataron muy bien y dándonos opciones porq nosotros éramos 4 adultos y 2 menores. Desayuno muy rico nos atendieron Rocio y Mauricio la verdad super buena onda y bien al pendiente. Yo vuelvo a este hotel
