We were pleasantly surprised at the value for money at this hotel. We just wanted a non expensive nights sleep whilst visiting family in the area. We were impressed by the size of the room, cleanliness and even got a decent continental breakfast thrown in.
No complaints, did exactly what it promised and price was excellent. View from hotel room window enclosed

The bed was creaking well. It sounded like the wood was snapping. The bathroom was unclean and the shower wouldn't work very well. The extra bed hadn't been made up on arrive although we ordered a twin room. The small breakfast corner isn't ideal for such a big hotel or only 3 tables for all guests. Staff don't monitor the breakfast you have to keep asking them to top up. Very limited breakfast and most of their equipment don't work. Parking isn't very good, only a few places and reception don't seem care if you can park or not. And worst of all no double glazing so you could hear the traffic of the busy main road outside. Sorry. Won't be going back again.

Stayed here on a saturday night Well equipped room, let down by the fact that the lock on the door to the toilet did not work No air conditioning either Bed very comfortable Breakfast basic All in all good value for the money paid

Family stay at the hotel was very satisfactory. sheets and towels were clean. service nice, at night silence and peace. For this price it was really great. The breakfast was filling, you feel at home I highly recommend. Next time we will use your services again

Cheap accommodation and friendly staff, sadly the rooms are very tired, rusty shower curtain pole, cracked tiles around the bath, no usb sockets,no lock inside the door, windows that don’t fully close and the edges of the carpets need a very good clean. Better not including a breakfast and using the income to update the rooms.

Room was dirty No hot water Loud banging all night We had 3 year old with us and the bedroom door didn’t lock or felt like it didn’t lock Tv only has radio station on so no actual tv Breakfast if you want to call it that is toaster in hall way and you sit in hall to eat it! The hallway smells like damp honestly should of been £20 a night

Me and my husband stayed in room 19 we had problems with channels on the tv and the door catch kept popping out when we opened the toilet door but apart from that the room was big and warm and the people was happy and friendly the shower was strong and powerful and we would definitely come back and stay
