The hotel is situated in a small town less than an hours drive from Calais. It is a quaint older type building. The rooms are spacious and clean. the beds are comfortable. The service is excellent with english spoken. The restaurant is large and the food was very good. Breakfast again was very good with large bowls of coffee and jugs of hot milk, superb bread. Would definitely stay there again if convenient in travel itinery.

Service & personnel correct MAIS MAIS Extérieur ragoûtant , non entretenu , toilettes ragoûtantes et malodorantes ( cuves et lavabos entartrés et sales) On peut aimer les animaux mais trouver une caisse à chat pour aller au toilettes… Repas 😂 Ce n’est pas comme les étoiles des pâtes Rivoir et Carré . Le sorbet au vin ressemblait à un granité 🤨 ( prenez un bon déjeuner et pas besoin de réclamer un doggy bag À fuir

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the auberge, a place we had not visited for years but had wanted to return to. Excellent menu choices, traditional decor, and charming service - just as good as we remembered! Lovely forest walks nearby. When you imagine a french country this is restaurant, this is it. Merci.

avions réservé grâce à une wonderbox, et souhaitons y rajouter une personne, qui aurait payé sa part, sauf que l'on nous signale que nous n'avions pas réservé, et que l'on ne pouvait pas nous offrir une table, alors que le restaurant est 1/4 remplis. Ces hommes sont irrespectueux, et de très mauvaise fois, et surtout malhonnêteS. bref il ne faut pas y aller, wonderbox prevenue....

This was our fourth time since 2014 and little had changed over the years except the addition of EV charging spaces. It is a traditional hotel, in an older style. The hot water takes a while to come through but it is comfortable, clean, has a very good restaurant for dinner, and above all the service is excellent. Situated in the middle of the village on a T-junction corner, it is an excellent starting place for walks or cycle rides. Quiet and peacful although on quite a busy road, one can get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is average, served in a separate room to the main dining room. This is not a brand-new multi-star hotel but the price is not at their level.

J'avais réservé au restaurant une table pour trois pour le 23 juillet à 13h. Quand nous sommes arrivés vers 13h10 (trajet = 50km), le patron a refusé de nous servir soit-disant que j'avais réservé pour 12h, ce qui est impossible car étant sous diurétiques à très forte dose (125mg) je sais qu'il m'est impossible de sortir de chaez moi aavant midi donc être à midi au restaurant avec une heure de route c'est impossible. En fait il y avait deux tables occupées et en fin de repas et apparemment nous étions les seuls clients à 13h donc il a préféré nous raconter des bobards pour éviter de travailler pour peu de renbtabilité. Cela m'a coûté un aller-retour Lille Morbecque soit 100km, donc je déconseille très fortement. Le patron a d'ailleurs qu'avec les Wonderbox il ne gagnait quasiment rien alors pourquoi s'est-il mis dans ce programme ?

Dieses Hotel ist eine echte Entdeckung! Das Haus ist von unten bis unters Dach gefüllt mit der liebevollen Gastfreundschaft der Besitzerin. Die Zimmer sind mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, das Restaurant sehr gemütlich im Kellergewölbe und was der Koch auf die Teller zaubert, ist einer Sterneküche würdig! Selbst unser Sonderwunsch für unser Kind - "einfach nur Kartoffeln" - wurde mit absolut hervorragend gewürzten Drillingen (und auf Bitten des Kindes auch Ketchup) gerne erfüllt. Ich würde dieses Hotel wirklich jedem guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Außerdem empfehle ich, die Google Bewertungen mit nur einem Stern zu lesen, da sich hier schnell herausstellt, dass der eine Stern in vielen Fällen wohl einfach falsch verstanden wurde. Tipp: Bitte nicht dem Navi folgen, sondern der D211 folgen, es sei denn man steht auf abenteuerliche schmale Straßen am Hang entlang.

Comment dire !!!! Extérieur ragoûtant , non entretenu voir glauque rien d attirant. Tout est a refaire dans l hôtel. Tapisserie, moquette luminaire mobilier.... Service correct et personnel sympathique Repas dans salle immense avec mobilier fatigué et un service très et trop long Mais plats corrects Hôtel très bruyant et petit déjeuner correct pour le tarif
