Hoteleigener Thermenbereich war ausreichend
Das gesamte Hotel war sehr schön und wir haben uns richtig entschieden, dass wir dieses und nicht eines der beiden anderen Thermenhotels gewählt haben.
Auch die Therme 3000 hat uns nicht überzeugt - viele Leute im Wasser. Für Kinder vermutlich ein Paradies wegen der vielen Rutschen, für Ruhesuchende eher nicht geeignet. Dafür war der hoteleigene Thermenbereich sehr schön und auch völlig ausreichend. Im Wellnessbereich könnte etwas mehr Platz für Liegen sein, ansonsten gibt es alles was man braucht.
Einzig das Abendbuffet war enttäuschend. Die panierten Hühnerschnitzerl sahen wie billige Tiefkühlware aus und der Zwiebelrostbraten kann mit österreichischer Qualität nicht mithalten. Die Nachspeisen entsprachen nicht einem 5-Sterne-Hotel (zB Wackelpudding statt Mousse au chocolate oder auch einfach nur Joghurt aus dem Plastikbecher vom Discounter). Das Frühstücksbuffet wiederum war lecker.
Für 1-2 Nächte würden wir wieder kommen.

Schönes Hotel aber in die Jahre gekommen
Das Hotel hat sicher einmal den 5 Sternen entsprochen - vieles ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und wurde nicht ausreichend gepflegt - die Fliesen in den Becken sind zum Teil gelb, der Duschbereich auch schon renovierungsbedürftig.

Schönes Hotel mit leichten Schwächen für 5 Sterne
Wir sind schon einige Jahre Stammkunden. Leider sind jedes Jahr kleine Veränderungen zum Negativen. Zum Beispiel gibt es kein Shampoo mehr welches man zum Duschen ins Schwimmbad mitnehmen kann. Der Duschbereich müsste dringend erneuert werden - ist eines 5 Stern Hotels nicht würdig! Die Matratze in unserem Zimmer war so weich dass meine Frau Kreuzschmerzen bekam und wir vorzeitig nach Hause fahren mussten. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet hatte reichliche Auswahl und war für meinen Geschmack sehr gut.

De verwachtingen waren hooggespannen voor ons verblijf hier, maar helaas viel het erg tegen. Alles was erg verouderd en gedateerd en niet alles functioneerde. De airco op onze kamer kon niet geregeld worden. Het zwembad was voor een gedeelte gereserveerd. Alleen de bestrating/betegeling. Het zwembad zelf niet. Er waren tegels kapot die niet gerepareerd waren. Ziet er erg onverzorgd uit. Het water was wel lekker warm. Het waterpark waar je naartoe kon had veel glijbanen, maar was eveneens erg oud en gedateerd. Het voelde niet erg hygiënisch aan, of dat ook daadwerkelijk niet zo was dat weet ik niet. Het eten was een grote flop. Bij een 5 sterren hotel verwacht je een bepaald niveau van het eten. Alles zat in elektrische warmhoudbakken en zag er erg goedkoop uit. Het eten vonden wij eenzijdig. Wij vinden dit zeker geen 5 sterren waard, eerder 2 sterren. We zijn eerder vertrokken dan gepland.

The hotel itself is very new. It was constructed in 2006. It really stands out when comparing it to other Terme 3000 Hotels. You can really see why it deserves the extra star. Little details matter. The red carpet welcoming you to the hotel, a concierge helping you with the luggage, fruit prepared to welcome you and so much more. The rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a junior suite. We were three and the pullout bed was very big and comfortable. Everyone slept in a comfortable environment. The jacuzzi room with the option of thermal water is very impressive. The air conditioning also works fine. I would say that the jacuzzi is very hard to operate. The handles turn very hard. I burned myself pretty bad. The shower has clear instructions for use. I would recommend the same for the jacuzzi. The cuisine is wonderful. I myself prefer the breakfast. The cold cuts are amazing. I also really like the helper robots. They are so cute and carry snacks or dirty dishes in the restaurant. The staff is also amazing. The only thing I don’t really like is the spa. It is small and the pools itself are small as well. During our stay we bathed at Ajda, Terme 3000 and some time also at Livada’s spa.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the inside is already a little worn. For a 5* hotel, the food is quite average. I have already been a guest in two neighbouring hotels, Termal and Ajda, which do not have such a high rating, but the food in Livada is no better or tastier. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. Staff is very nice and professional. The biggest drawback is the hotel pool, which is too small and needs renovation (massage nozzles in the pools work extremely poorly or not at all). The prices of drinks in the hotel cafe are too high, for a drink and a snack it is better to go to the neighbouring Hotel Ajda. The saunas are beautiful and pleasant.
