Radisson Hotel Colombo

The staff here will steal things. The cleaning staff will come to ask three times a day if I need cleaning. I turned on the do not disturb button in the room, but the cleaning staff will still open the door and clean when I am not there. Then things will be lost.

The hotel is a bit old, but the top floor is very nice, with an unbeatable sea view. The air conditioner broke down twice, and I didn't change rooms after it was repaired. The service was still good, but the next morning at 10 o'clock a waiter opened the door. If I hadn't locked it, he couldn't open it, and he might have just used the room card to come in, because I heard a beep when he used the room card, but there was a chain to lock it, so I didn't push it open. I didn't understand what it meant to open the guest room at 10 o'clock in the morning~ There are many cases of Lankan waiters stealing guests' money, usually sneaking in during meal times, and I really don't understand why they came to the door at 10 o'clock in the morning🤣
