Beautiful place with the most rigid, unfriendly rules on earth. 22 of us went there for a day outing. We were given the small veranda of the villa and a garden hut (few meters away) for lunch. Didn’t open the house although they advertise the place as “Serenity Lake Front VILLA.” Asked for two rooms since the group had 6 males and 16 females. Flatly refused and given only one room. Although the lunch was called a buffet, it was a very basic lunch and just managed to fill up stomachs thanks to the bites we had before. Charged Rs 1,000/- extra for the fridge, just to keep few ice packs we brought. This is after paying Rs 104,500/- plus a refundable deposit of Rs 25,000/-, a first time experience. Never seen these type of things in the hospitality trade ever. Anyway, we did not make a big fuss, we had our own good time. The question is, why did we go and who would want to go and face all these restrictions again??.....

The villa is really good. The location is magnificent and it maintained very well. However there is a great miscommunication between the management and the staff. Looks like the staff is under a lot of duress from the management. This lead to some unpleasantness between us and the staff. It was not a peaceful experience.

One of the nicest places I've been to. Located right by the edge of Bolgoda Lake, Wave is an amazing place if you want to hang out with your friends or family. The swimming pool is nice and clean and well maintained. it was worth it because the food was delicious. and I honestly didn't feel like leaving. Will definitely visit again for sure.Thanks to Mr.Thanuka Perera & Staff are very good and helpful. Food was delicious and more than enough (we had the buffet). Location is beautiful especially in the evening. Thoroughly recommended.

This villa located Bolgoda Srilanka. Nice lakeview .prices are reasonable delicious foods .Friendly staff with worm srilankan welcome. Nice and clean rooms Nice place to enjoy with family or Friends. Best to have a quite relaxing evening by the Bolgoda Lake.

Most horrible meals I ever had before check iim ask detail meal plan .What we got for breakfast was String hopper polsambol and kiri hodi. Dinner it was called egg vegetable noodles but no eggs or vegetable .Lunch was eqally bad and desdessert was tiny seeni කෙසෙල් . For this we (8) paid close to Rs 100,000/.REPEAT ASK MEAL PLAN BEFORE CHECK IN

We had a great time at this unique and beautiful location. It’s located on a large property with a well maintained garden. From there you can even see the eagles hunting fishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They prepared a very good local breakfast and had coconuts to drink and juice from their own mangoes for us. Not to forget the large clean pool. We had a very enjoyable stay and can recommend this place to everyone.
