Grand Bolgoda Resort

I visited Grand Bolgoda yesterday for a birthday party, and honestly, I’m beyond disappointed. I brought my laptop because I had a meeting, and I needed a plug point. When I asked, a waiter directed me to a table with one of your monitors. I asked twice if it was okay to sit there and work, and he insisted it was the only spot available. But just as I was about to plug in, a manager or supervisor came over and started yelling at me. He didn’t just raise his voice,he screamed at me in front of all the other guests. I can’t believe how unprofessional this was, especially for a place that’s supposed to be in the hospitality industry. When I asked the servers for his name, they refused to tell me. It felt like they were scared of him, which says a lot about how things are run there. And to top it off, the AC wasn't even working, and we were told it was broken. This level of service is unacceptable. I remember when Grand Bolgoda used to be known for its good service years ago, but clearly, things have changed for the worse. Very disappointed, and I’ll definitely never book with Grand Bolgoda again. You really don’t want to book a hotel like this if you care for your guests.
