You can expect what you ll get for vacation motel. Aside from that they have a very good quality restaurant (I mean for middle class restaurant not talking about Michelin star restaurant)

Have seen lots of reviews saying how expensive this hotel was but its is comparable, or even less expensive than hotels or lodges closer to Jackson Hole, so value is decent for what you get. On the positive side, it is right at the south exit of Yellowstone, so you don't have to drive another hour into Jackson to decompress from the crowds in the park. We had a two bedroom cabin and it was spacious and clean. There is no TV but the wifi worked well. There is also no air conditioning and we were there in mid July, so it was 85 degrees. We opened our windows and had no issues with the heat. The cabins are a short walk to the river and a very short drive to some small natural hot springs. All the staff were nice and helpful. Some things to be aware of...The restaurant at the lodge is the ONLY one within an hours drive, so it is pricey. It is set more like fine dining and there are not a ton of options on the menu. The first night we were there, we got to the restaurant when it opened at 5:30 and had a pleasant (although expensive) dinner. The second night we were there, we waited until 6:30 to go to the lodge and ended up waiting 45 minutes to get seated. The kitchen was really bogged down and it was another 45 minutes to get our food. I would recommend getting to the restaurant early, there are no other options. The other issue I had, which isn't really the hotels fault, but still something to be aware of is that the lodge is in the Teton National Park. If you drive to Jackson and return, you will be charged a park entry fee just to get back to lodge.
