Unique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels, brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.

1. There is no floor. The floor of the "room" you live in is made of gravel, not cement, so don't even think about having a floor! 2. There will not be any charging equipment, lights, or water in the room you live in! 3. There will be no sheets or quilts in the room you live in. I’m so angry that I almost laugh when I hear this! 4. Your room has no walls and is actually a tent. You will feel the cold and heat outside, just like your usual camping tent, the difference is that the camping tent has a bottom, and the bottom of this tent is stone 5. The road outside your tent is all dirt, raising dust every time a customer drives by. 6. The so-called shared bathroom is in the toilet and together with the toilet, all dozens of tents use one toilet! 7. The smell of horse manure permeates the air

Stayed in a Conestoga wagon, which was super cool. Staff wasn’t super friendly, which was kind of disappointing and the restaurant was super expensive with a grumpy waitress. Bathrooms were shared, stayed occupied, and a little dirty. Excellent views and beautiful horses!

Great experience! Don't listen to the reviews. If you can't handle dust and dirt this isn't the place for you. The wagons were as clean as you can expect for a wagon, bathrooms were typical campground bathrooms. The staff was GREAT with kids and our kids loved the overall experience of sleeping in a wagon and watching the staff corral the the horses twice a day. Would definitely recommend to a family who is familiar with camping.

This property is unique in that it provides interesting accommodations. The conestoga wagons are a very fun idea and fit with electricity as well as usb charging ports. The property as a whole is very dingy, dirty, and faliing apart. The restrooms are in a trailer and while we expected them to be rustic, they dont also have to be dirty. It doesn't take much to just keep things clean. None of the restrooms even had paper towels the one night we were there. I would recommend staying in the wagon just for the experience, but also could not justify more than one night.

Not bad if you're used to roughing it We booked to stay in a tipi - we were totally fine roughing it for a single night stay. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a wagon, which was nice, as the tipis weren't ready yet for the season. The staff at check-in was very nice and helpful. Got up to the wagon and there were no blankets or pillows as promised. Went down to the desk and requested at least the pillows (as we brought our sleeping bags) and was told housekeeping would bring it up. Unfortunately the pillow never arrived. The worst part of the stay was the bathroom facilities. Only 1 of their bath houses was open yet for the season and with quite a few guests, only 3-4 bathroom stalls is not enough. Plus one was malfunctioning and ended up overflowing. They didn't seem to be well cared for or cleaned very often. The mattresses in the wagon were comfortable. The wagons are very close together and so are the tipis so you will definitely here your neighbors snoring. Would still probably stay again since we're good with roughing it, but the price is high for it being this rough.

The Wagons. The Tippies were already uninstalled for the Winter season.
