Very good food. Everyone will find something for themselves. Different attractions every evening. Several pools and slides and also several bars

Stayed here for a night, very busy hotel with just 2 receptionists checking in, resulting in a 30 min queue. Got the twin plus room, which was nice and clean. Breakfast sadly let the hotel down - nothing was cooked to order, meaning everything was presented buffet style. I arrived at 7:30 to Luke warm omelettes and cold sausages. Beach area is nice, and the walk along the beach to cafes and tavernas was a good option!

Sconsigliatissimo!!!!! Le recensioni dalle 2 stelle in su sono fake o sono pagate perché qui non si parla di soggettività gusti o non gusti ma di cose che vi rovinano la vacanza e vi prego di non fidarvi ! Non è assolutamente all’altezza dei villaggi alpitour senza considerare il fatto che l’animazione ( composta da solo 2 elementi) è INESISTENTE!!! Direi che è stata anche una fortuna vista l’estrema maleducazione dimostrata da una dei due membri (la ragazza), senza parole! Il villaggio è a prevalenza francese / polacco e loro sono davvero seguiti nel modo giusto, mentre noi italiani (alpitour) siamo clientela di serie B, senza animazione e con assistente alpitour presente circa 45 minuti e non tutti i giorni!!!! Se avete bambini vi sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, soldi buttati!

The whole complex was a fantastic experience. We rarely enjoyed ourselves. The people are so friendly more so Alexandra and Georgia who run the beach bar never been so well looked after roll on next year definitely recommending it to family and friends

Ottima la colazione, il ristorante in generale e la posizione . Buona L esposizione della camera vista mare ma vecchia e con un bagno scandaloso ( vedi foto). L ascigacapelli te lo danno solo se lasci cauzione di 10€’ cassaforte non funzionante nonostante richiesta ripetuta. spiaggia bella ma sporca e senza manutenzione. Ottima area piscine. Code assurde dappertutto ( bar, punto pizza, ristorante…).Assurda la gestione delle escursion: agenzie esterne ti vengono a prendere alla reception, mentre per quelle organizzate dall hotel devi uscire fuori sulla strada, camminando un bel po. Inoltre un escursione è saltata perché ci hanno dato un orario sbagliato e non ci hanno aspettato ( fortunatamente hanno restituito. I soldi). Personale della reception e personale dei bar scontroso con gli italiani). Una sola dipendente parla italiano nonostante la forte presenza di italiani.

Struttura non adatta alla clientela italiana. Sporca e caotica. Non certo un quattro stelle, forse un tre ad essere generosi. Assistenza Alpitour inesistente.
