The room is not soundproof, you can hear the fart next door. In addition, there are singers singing in the lobby every night. The sound is so loud and noisy until after 11 o'clock. They don't stop and you can't rest at all.
When cleaning the room, either bath towels or toothbrushes are not given. I think it is intentional, hoping that the guests will call someone to deliver them so that they can collect tips. This is also a common problem in Lanka hotels.
The hotel is a bit old, but there are no tissues or slippers in the room. What's going on?

We are in day outing group 800pax..the palms experince is very goods staff was very friendly with us .specially ms.madushanki.she very helpful to us .foods very delicous .rooms very nive and clean.we are very enjoyable today.highly recommend the palms hotel .thank you you hospitality.

I came to palms on my birthday as a weekend gateway and little did i know this place exceeded my expectations. Place was very nice, Very clean .very cozy and well maintained. service was next level and the Restaurant manager "Umesh" is such a wonderful person. He arranged many surprises for my birthday including a complimentary Cake and a room upgrade from deluxe to suite.I had so much fun on my birthday and i will never forget this place.

Прекрасное расположение отеля, один вид из окна только стоит. Персонал безумно дружелюбный, все улыбчивые и очень добродушные. Питание хорошее, мы отдыхали по системе все включено, не уходили голодными никогда. И салаты, и горячее, да еда большая часть острая, пряная. Но есть и лояльные блюда по остроте или вообще не острые. Рыба, морепродукты, мясо, курица, на любой выбор. Алкоголь в баре местный не плохой, плохо от него не было. Пиво легкое хорошее, голова от него не болела, крепкие напитки приятные. Хороший отель, рекомендую, отпуск провели отлично!

It was an excellent stay at The Palms hotel. The rooms Staff very cooperative and food was very good with lot of varieties We received a warm welcome by Madhushanki. We enjoyed beach and pool during our stay. All the rooms are sea facing. Ashok Sharma

I my opinion no need to explain with the heavy words the hotel and simply it is a super hotel. Foods and services staff is very friendly and nice. Whole the property was nice and clean. The iconic peace of the property was the pool and we enjoyed it as much as we like. And also the front office should be mention and thanks Hiresh the animater for the game time. They make our stay comfortable.

There is a grate place faceing the beruwla beach the palms hotel is such a nice place for a stay. We had a good meal with several typrs of dessert and the staff was so friendly. And the pool was nice and clean and we enjoyed it playing volleyball. As well as from the front office we had a nice and warm welcom.
