November 29, 2024
We stayed here in November 2024, we wanted to escape from winter and be in the sun, and we partially did. I would like to say right away about November - there was a lot of rain, sometimes tropical showers. A lot of precipitation - did not bother us much, since it passes quite quickly, BUT there is a big but .... At this time of year there are a huge number of mosquitoes, midges, flies, etc. We could not come to terms with this, no matter how hard we tried. We always slept under a canopy, which the staff carefully organizes in the evenings, we almost never opened the doors. But in the morning we woke up bitten. You should definitely take Fenistil and repellents here. For us, this was the biggest minus. We took room LUX 110 on the 1st floor - this brightened up our stay here a little, but it is almost impossible to sit on the terrace, you need to brush off mosquitoes. They say that in another season, hotter (April-May-June) there are fewer mosquitoes here. We were forced to leave 2 days earlier. We had been to an Ayurvedic clinic in Germany before, and this is certainly different. But overall we liked the clinic, everything is decent, with a Sri Lankan accent. In my opinion, this is how an authentic clinic should look.
