Die Anwendungen und das Essen war sehr gut, ich habe eine Ayurveda Panca-Karma Kur „Gewichtsreduzierung“ gewählt und mein Ziel wurde mehr als übertroffen… Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind ein wenig ins Alter gekommen und die Bäder sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig Meine Ayurveda Ärztin Dr. Anupama war Spitzenklasse und sehr zu empfehlen… Die Kellner/innen und das House-Keeping, Reception etc., alle waren sooooo fürsorglich und Aufmerksam….

今回、初めてで10日間滞在しました。
アーユルヴェーダのトリートメント、食事、環境、スタッフの皆さんの対応すべて素晴らしく、リラックスし楽しむことができました。
施術用のオイルが肌に合わなかったのですが、ドクターに相談すると次からは別のオイルに変更するなど、速やかに対応してくださりました。小さいことも何でも相談しやすいです。
日本語の堪能なスタッフもいて心強いです。また各スタッフの皆さんも細やかに気遣ってくださるので、困ったらすぐに助けてもらえてとてもありがたかったです。

Das Hotel vereint authentisches Ayurveda, luxuriöses Ambiente und köstliche Kulinarik. Der Wunsch, sich wir ein Teil der Familie zu fühlen, ist keine Floskel, sondern wird gelebt. Das Ärzteteam und die Therapeuten sind professionell, zuvorkommend und sehr erfahren. Die farbenfrohe Naturkulisse vervollständigt diesen Traumort und beschert jedem Gast wunderbare und heilende Urlaubstage.

We spent 10 days in this beatiful fesort and plan to come back! Great location, quite close to the airport, nice beach,, friendly staff, fantastic food and professional treatments…very clean(everywhere).. as a bonus is yoga outside with ocean view!

Das Maha Gedara ist ein wunderschönes Ayurveda Hotel mit schönem Swimmingpool-Pool und Palmengarten. Es lässen sich wunderbare Ferien verbringen und ist sehr geeignet für Ayurveda - Einsteiger. Das Essen ist gut und der Diätplan nicht zu streng. Das Ayurvedateam ist absolut super und wie das gesamte Team sehr sehr gastfreundlich. Das Yoga findet morgens und meistens am Abend statt. Die Abendstunden sind hervorragend, diejenigen am Morgen für Einsteiger sehr geeignet. Der Hausstrand ist leider oft recht dreckig, da der nahe gelegene Benotafluss gleich beim Hotel ins Meer fliesst. Einziger Minuspunkt. Gesamthaft kann das Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaub sehr empfohlen werden.

Das Heritance Ayurveda Hotel auf Sri Lanka ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Der Standort direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft – das beruhigende Rauschen der Wellen begleitet einen den ganzen Tag. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, stets hilfsbereit und achtet auf jedes Detail, damit der Aufenthalt perfekt wird. Die Zimmer sind zwar schlicht, aber sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet – genau richtig für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Buffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit vielen gesunden Optionen, die perfekt zum Ayurveda-Konzept passen. Die Behandlungen sind hervorragend organisiert und werden von erfahrenen Therapeuten professionell ausgeführt. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und sehr gut strukturiert. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Tagesausflug, den wir über Herrn Mangala gebucht haben. Einfach Richtung Meer gehen und ihn ansprechen – seine Flussboot-Tour war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen kann. Dieses Hotel ist der ideale Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und neue Energie zu tanken. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder – ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diese wundervolle Zeit!

Heritance Ayuerveda Maga Gedara is a gem of a health resort. Stayed here for 14 nights in a beautiful spacious corner room (318). The hotel exudes an atmosphere of bygone days, is well maintained and neat. Treatments, such as massages and special therapists are very good. Very pleasant guidance from Ayuervedic doctor (Mr. Madusha), who take very careful and dedicated care of you. The food is on an Ayuervedic basis, the buffet and choice is very well cared for, with daily subtle variations in salads, curries and a la minute cooked daily specials. Very tasty and healthy all. The fully-speaking staff is very friendly and correct. The stay did me a lot of good! I highly recommend the resort
