Ich würde Null Punkte geben! Das Hotel ist halbwegs modern aber sehr schmutzig! Das Trüffelmenü ist völlig überbewertet und das Geld nicht wert. Meinem Mann ging es nachts nicht gut obwohl er beim Essen unempfindlich ist. Wir kamen auf Empfehlung hierher aber wahrscheinlich ruht man sich auf der Michelin-Bewertung von 2017 aus! Als wir auf die Mängel hinwiesen, wurden wir schmunzelnd aufgefordert, den vollen Preis zu bezahlen und zu gehen. Der SPA-Bereich ist verschimmelt! Normalerweise bewerte ich nur, wenn es gut war (Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, schließlich bin ich Hotelmeisterin und weiß, wovon ich schreibe!) aber das hier ist keine 4 Sterne wert!

Es un hotel pretencioso. Han hecho una buena labor de marketing pero no cumplen las expectativas. Precios muy inflados. Cenamos allí también y fue decepcionante. No se podía apreciar el producto porque le ponen mucha salsa y muy potente. La carne estaba seca y las guarniciones raquíticas.

A very modern hotel with spacious rooms, a generous king sized bed, and a decent sized bathroom with a walk in shower. The hotel is close to the town centre, restaurants and bars, as well as the ancient tower ruins and the castle. The air conditioning worked, we had a bar fridge, and it was close to a supermarket. We were advised to eat in, as the restaurant specialises in dishes showcasing the local black truffle. We were very glad we did. An excellent meal. Breakfast was also good. A very enjoyable stay. We’d be happy to visit again.

Het hotel is prima voor een nacht op doorreis maar dan moet je niet de goedkoopste kamers nemen want die ruiken een beetje muf en de badkamer is netjes maar gedateerd en de bedden zijn te klein. Goed restaurant met prima bediening en het ontbijt was in orde.

Hotel muy recomendado, merece la pena visitar. La atención del personal es fantástica, tanto del servicio de restaurante como de habitaciones... La comida estupenda desayuno recomendado, rico y variado y las cenas increíbles, recomiendo probar el surtido de croquetas. El hotel todo limpio y las habitaciones muy bien, super limpias, cosa que hoy es difícil de encontrar. Se merecen las estrellas. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

Reservé habitación en el HOTEL La Trufa Negra a través de un portal de internet. Tras hablar con el establecimiento, me dicen que he reservado habitación en unos apartamentos, de peor calidad, que tienen en un edificio anexo. En ningún sitio de la reserva hace referencia a habitación en apartamento o apartahotel, sólo a Hotel La Trufa Negra. Esto me parece un engaño. El precio eran 124 € habitación doble sólo alojamiento. Por este motivo cancelo la reserva de la noche y del restaurante.

La recepcionista es un encanto y la habitación estaba muy bien. El restaurante y el personal son súper profesionales y nos hicieron sentir en nuestra casa gracias a su atención y a los manjares que comimos. Les indiqué que soy intolerante a la lactosa y al gluten, y se esforzaron en indicarme los platos que más me iban a gustar y para el desayuno tenían bebida de soja y de avena sin gluten. La única pega es que no pudimos reservar día ni hora para un circuito en el balneario porque estaba colapsado por el puente del Pilar.
