The general manager was very rude calling me a liar because she didn't want to look at the pictures the first night of are stay , she supposably was going to refund are money which she didn't do The very next night we stayed they placed us in the very same room and the dog food was still on the floor and the same bug was under the couch Which tells me that they didn't even clean the room and the general manager TINA didn't want to look at the pictures I took the first day and the second night we were there she really didn't want to see the pictures and she wouldn't even come up to the room to see for herself. It was ridiculous how rude she was , my husband stepped in dog poop and I ended up stepping in pick or marinara sauce. But that didn't seem to effect the manager also when we got are 2 night I used my trip coins and made sure I purchased 2 breakfast which the manager said that I didn't I've got pictures from the first night and the second night which shows that they didn't clean the room And I don't understand why they would put us in the same room

The Aloft hotel was a pleasant place to stay. Our room was nice and clean. We had an easy check in an check out process. The bed was really comfortable. TV was nice. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again. The hotel customer service was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first stay at this hotel in was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly and very clean. The rooms were up to date. I highly recommend.

Stayed at Aloft for the first time on a work trip (the first of many to come), and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I checked in, David made the experience seamless—clearly walking me through the amenities, nearby dining options, and what to expect during my stay. Looking forward to returning soon—and especially to seeing the adorable resident pup next time!

Unpleasant stay The room rug was disgusting. Looked like dried blood on it. I called to ask for towels because I had a pet in my room and they were never brought up. My car was vandalized while in the hotel parking lot. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the lobby, the hallways and our room. Pulling up the trash can was overflowing and garbage was on the floor so that was not the nicest welcome. The lobby on various occasions was littered with snacks and looked like the cleaning crew didn’t show up. The hallways were dimly lit and had litter on the floor. Our beds weren’t made two of the four nights, and the toilet area was visibly dirty upon check in, which was an immediate turn off. But my kids loved the lobby games, computer and pool table. The pool was over chlorinated so my son was interested in going back in after the first time, which was the sole reason we picked this place. Oh there was no breakfast, which I missed when making the reservation so that’s my bad. The staff was really friendly and everything was new. I wouldn’t stay here again tho, I’d go next door to the Tru.
