This experience was profoundly disappointing due to a combination of misleading amenity information, unaddressed maintenance issues, and an overall lack of customer service—all of which significantly impacted our stay and disrupted our plans. When booking our stay, we specifically chose your hotel based on the advertised availability of an indoor pool. This was a key factor in our decision, as it was meant to accommodate my special needs granddaughter after a long day of travel. To our shock and dismay, we were informed upon check-in that the pool had been out of service since September 2024—yet there was no indication of this on your website or any third-party booking platform. No notifications were sent prior to arrival, nor was there signage at the hotel. This was not a minor oversight but a clear case of misrepresentation, and it left us without any evening plans and a very disappointed child who had packed her swimsuit and had been looking forward to swimming all day. As we tried to settle in and make the best of the situation, additional issues arose. After showering and preparing for bed, we noticed the air conditioning unit in Room 320 was not functioning properly, displaying an error code “A2.” The room grew increasingly warm and uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk, and a clerk attempted to fix the unit but was unsuccessful. As a result, we were told we would need to switch rooms—at 10:00 p.m., with a young child who was already out of sorts and should have been asleep. To make matters worse, the clerk simply returned with a new room key, handed it to us at the door, and walked away—offering no assistance with our luggage, no directions, and no consideration for our situation. We were left to move to Room 106 ourselves, in our pajamas, still damp from the shower, while managing our bags and a tired, overstimulated child. Upon finally getting to Room 106 and attempting to get my granddaughter settled again, we discovered the TV was not even programmed to work, adding to an already stressful and chaotic evening. This entire experience—from the inaccurate amenity listing, to the maintenance failure, to the unacceptable lack of assistance from staff—was extremely upsetting and far from the quality one expects from a Wyndham-branded hotel.

Sticky floors, weird stuff on the walls above window, I said it was bbq sauce my husband said it was blood. Ants in the bed and on the floors around the sticky mess by fridge. Broken closet door. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Let them know at check out how dirty the room was. Got in late and just wanted sleep before getting back on the road in the morning.

The bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair in the tub, a used washcloth was left at the top of the shower curtain, there was sticky residue all over the bathroom floor, there was string stuck in the hinge of the toilet seat. It doesn't invoke confidence of the rest of the room. Since we checked in around 6:30 and went right to dinner, then to bed, I didn't see all of these issues until morning. I reported them to the front desk at 9:15AM, where all I got was an apology. They said they couldn't do anything about it because I booked through a 3rd party app, Agoda. I told her the condition of the hotel is Wyndham's not Agoda's. Reputation and customer service is everything. At a minimum, I should have been offered a future stay for free.

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure an accessible room was available even with an 8 p.m. Check in.The room was the best accessible room I've stayed in.
