Location is one of the best in Moorea for sunset and locals.
Keep in mind that you should have a scooter or car to get to NIU!
Taxi is too far and too expensive. There is a scooter rental 5min away.
NIU super new. You can hear the ocean at night if you want. Supreme!
The check in was lovely … the receptionist was lovely and friendly. The female manager a bit snobby (sorry to say).
Try the „poisson cru“ at „O2“ restaurant near by

Our bungalow was huge and very beautiful with all the comforts of home. So many so little touches that added so much to the experience. A window over the sink that opens into a bar to watch the incredible sunsets (never seen a more beautiful and colorful sunset). The little water faucet to wash the sand off our feet without tracking it in. I can't say enough about the staff here. Friendly, helpful, welcoming, and genuinely loving. The only issue we had was the breakfast. Very expensive and unappetizing. Would come back... ABSOLUTELY!

Niu Beach Hotel in Moorea is fantastic! We loved the location - close to a beach and snorkeling. They have kayaks and paddle boards available for use. Each cottage has a foot wash for you to use on your patio. I loved having a kitchenette available and we had a cottage with the two bathrooms. It was incredibly comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly encourage you to book here!

Second time in 6 months that i have stayed at one of their beach cabins. Absolutely delightful. The room, the weather, the staff, the beds - everything is idyllic. it is my go-to place on Moorea. Nothing is more relaxing than a walk in the lagoon with dozens of different kinds of fish, coral and so much more. I will be back.

Great spot. Great location. Really nice grounds and rooms. Tasty breakfast. Wonderful sunset spot and wonderful snorkeling directly in front of the property. Would be wonderful if there was some loaner snorkel gear. Also, paddleboards would be nice in addition to the kayaks.

Amazing hotel. Right on the beach, apartment like rooms that are exceptionally clean, very friendly helpful staff, very good breakfast. Wish we were able to stay longer. If we ever come back, this will be our place to stay. Highly recommend
