I enjoyed a large spacious room with a dishwasher, cook top, refrigerator, microwave, some dishes, coffee maker, soft chair, desk, phone, huge TV, laundry facilities. It is a room where you could live comfortably for an extended period of time. I was positively impressed for a hotel in this class and price range.

It was a decent stay. Disappointed with no continental breakfast. I should have read that in the details. The elevator was extremely noisy and very slow. Room was very nice, except one of the charging plug's next to the bed didn't work. Overall decent stay but we will try somewhere else next time.

OKC Trip
Location was perfect for my trip to OKC. I have seen this hotel from the road on my other visits to the area, however was leery due to other reviews. I am glad that I did book my stay.
The check-in was seamless and efficient. They were training new staff, however the trainee was excellent in my check-in process.
The room was my initial hesitation due to the reviews. How way off base those reviews were. The room was perfect - all of the pictures and the usage of the room were spot on.
Location is definitely a plus - just a word of advice when using Uber for a pick up - text the driver not to follow the drive app as the direction will take the driver the long way to get there. The location is easy - right off of NW 12th Street.
I will stay again on my return visit. Could not recommend this place more - price, location, safe, and a great to rest and relax.

Not worth $180 per night
We got there and the check in counter was dirty and had hair on it. I thought oh no…..They had no water to sell and very limited snacks. I got on the elevator and it was filthy. The corners were built up with dirt a grim from not being cleaned. I thought maybe I’ll skip spending the night and push on the 3 hour drive back home.
I got in the room and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and in good condition. My room was next to the elevator but I didn’t hear it at all.
Checking out the next morning and the lobby floor was very dirty. The check in counter was still dirty from the night before.

I don't know why there 4 stars . Try 2 stars to be honest. I stayed more than once so this is not a one time bad occurrence. First time someone was cooking something awful. They did not even try to hide it. The room door was wide open so you can get the full smell. Front desk person smelled it and started coughing looked at me and said while gasping for breath.looks like someone is cooking. Second time ( I'm only staying here because my company was paying) the ac did not work , the fan on the ac also did not work. the pass word for the wifi was written in some alien language .room phone did not work so I had to call from my cell. ROOM PHONE DID NOT WORK ,COME ON THAT IS A BASIC HOTEL AMENITY. If this was some off the beaten path hole in the wall I'd say it is what it is. But the proudly display they are a IHG affiliate. I guess IHG standards have gone down.
