Lovely location, great views of the ocean inside and out and also a large balcony. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food at the licenced café was really good with very friendly service . So I didn’t have to drive anywhere.

As a hotel, I would expect a reception area. On arrival, we were faced with external staircase that was difficult to navigate with cases. I would not recommend for anyone with any mobility issues.

This is a lovely property situated next to the jetty and the beautiful beach. Our room was large, comfortable,clean and wonderful views. My score would have been a 5 had the payment/booking in procedure not been quite so long winded. We were asked to pay in advance by bank transfer or credit card. As we were travelling from abroad and didn’t have an Australian bank account we telephoned to pay by card. We were advised that we couldn’t pay at that time and were advised that we would get a call on the day of arrival. We had to ask our daughter who is in Adelaide to take this call as we were having difficulties with our mobile phone. When we arrived to check in there was no one on site. Eventually someone arrived who said that we would have been sent a code for the key box. She let us in manually. I did eventually receive the code once I had logged in to the Wi-Fi. This was not a good start to our stay, we felt the system was set up for the hotel’s convenience rather than the guests.

Overnight stay, was pleasantly surprised at this property, room was much bigger than I thought it might be, super clean and very comfortable. Even though the hotel was not fully functioning we did not find this a problem. Looking forward to a longer stay next time and would definitely recommend

We were very disappointed with our stay. We felt ripped off. The room was dirty with dead flies and fingernails on the floor. We were provided with one small plate each, nothing else not even a small bowl. Bed wasn’t nicely made and the room and bathroom just felt dirty. It was also very very noisy.

I'm Staying here tonight with on a work trip and there doing reservations in the next room it's 8.30 pm and so loud hoping it's not going to keep going It's usually very quite and I love it here not happy ☹️
