The room was very clean. The front desk service was satisfactory. There was also airport pick-up service. It was evening when we arrived in Pittsburgh. The hotel staff are so friendly, the most considerate and kind hotel staff I have ever met. I was in a bad mood when I went there, and the female staff at the front desk named April even sent me all the way to the room with sympathy.
