Bowls and cups had some debris inside. We booked a large room for 6 people but were only provided with 2 sets of small toiletries: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and one hairdryer. We needed to call reception twice; there was no answer on the first call. We asked for more toiletries on the first night, and the lady at the reception said she couldn't provide them that night and told us to meet her at reception the next morning. I did, but no one was there. I went three times. I finally got more shampoo, body wash, and conditioner on day 3 when I luckily met a staff member at the counter. The jacuzzi in the master room was under maintenance and couldn't be used. Overall, I was disappointed with the facilities and services. I do not recommend this place and will not visit again.

Great stay at Windward Apartments. Directly across the road from the beach with interrupted (but still great) views of the ocean. You can park the car and walk every where. Unit was comfortable and clean (but a little dated). On-site managers were friendly and helpful. Games area for kids/ families, with entertainment packs for kids- great touch!

Perfect location, amazing views, large roomy unit with air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Very comfy beds and lounge. Large balcony to enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the whales swim by. Close to restaurants and shops. Fantastic outdoor bbq and pool area.

We had a lovely stay last week in a clean and spacious one bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, lounge/dining, laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen (lots of extra supplies) and private balcony with ocean views. Beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. Very welcoming staff and great facilities including undercover bbq and tables, heated pool and lounge area, billiard table, games and equipment to borrow, sauna and gym. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

The staff at Windward Apartments are super helpful. Next time we stay we will not book the 1 bedroom Garden apartment; just not enough sunshine on the sitting area in July. A 1 bedroom apartment with a coastal outlook would be much better next time around.

Great location! Clean 3 bedroom apartment with gardens for the children to run around. The weather was a little cool so didn’t experience the pool, bbq, spa available for guests. Also did not have time to use the BBQ area. Only one negative- supply of soap was limited for 3 adults and 2 children. With the reception closed at the weekend it was difficult to get extra.

We had a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with lovely views on the 4th floor while our other son had a lovely 2 bedroom split level on the ground floor -they loved the gardens it opened onto. Location was great for all Mooloolaba attractions and the beach.

The apartment we were allocated was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom on the 8th floor with sweeping views of the ocean. It was a beautifully appointed apartment with everything you could ask for and more. Checking in online was a breeze and the on-site manager Joe was very helpful. Overall we were very happy with our choice of accommodation and we're more than happy to highly recommend Windward Apartments as a quality provider.
