Bowls and cups had some debris inside. We booked a large room for 6 people but were only provided with 2 sets of small toiletries: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and one hairdryer. We needed to call reception twice; there was no answer on the first call. We asked for more toiletries on the first night, and the lady at the reception said she couldn't provide them that night and told us to meet her at reception the next morning. I did, but no one was there. I went three times. I finally got more shampoo, body wash, and conditioner on day 3 when I luckily met a staff member at the counter. The jacuzzi in the master room was under maintenance and couldn't be used. Overall, I was disappointed with the facilities and services. I do not recommend this place and will not visit again.

Great stay at Windward Apartments. Directly across the road from the beach with interrupted (but still great) views of the ocean. You can park the car and walk every where. Unit was comfortable and clean (but a little dated). On-site managers were friendly and helpful. Games area for kids/ families, with entertainment packs for kids- great touch!

Fantasic Holiday with kids
We had a wonderful stay at Windward appartments. Our family had very small children. We stayed in a 3 bedroom ocean view. The views were absolutely stunning. The location is perfect. Only a very short walk to the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was heated and the bbq area. The small touches like kids toys for the pool and board games really made for a special stay. The appartment block is very quiet and we felt like the only ones there most of the time. (Even though it was booked out).
I would love to send a special thank you to Sandra who was so helpful and did everything she could to make our stay with the kids very comfortable. The communication was just wonderful.
We would love to stay again in the future.

Great apartment complex, will stay again
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. We were surprised to find our apartment had air conditioning in the living spaces. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a good location with a supermarket around the corner. There's a coffee shop almost next door with great coffee too. It's a little bit of a walk to the patrolled beach, but aside from that, a fantastic place to stay. We're already looking forward to our next stay there.
