Bowls and cups had some debris inside. We booked a large room for 6 people but were only provided with 2 sets of small toiletries: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and one hairdryer. We needed to call reception twice; there was no answer on the first call. We asked for more toiletries on the first night, and the lady at the reception said she couldn't provide them that night and told us to meet her at reception the next morning. I did, but no one was there. I went three times. I finally got more shampoo, body wash, and conditioner on day 3 when I luckily met a staff member at the counter. The jacuzzi in the master room was under maintenance and couldn't be used. Overall, I was disappointed with the facilities and services. I do not recommend this place and will not visit again.

Great stay at Windward Apartments. Directly across the road from the beach with interrupted (but still great) views of the ocean. You can park the car and walk every where. Unit was comfortable and clean (but a little dated). On-site managers were friendly and helpful. Games area for kids/ families, with entertainment packs for kids- great touch!

What a wonderful place to stay. Mum, my sister and i had a wonderful 5 night stay in early September 2025. Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom apartment, very clean with a great fitted out kitchen with all the cookware, glassware and serving platters we could want. Close to everything. Fabulous views, great balcony and lovely pool with super clean bbqs and plenty of seating. Loved our stay and cant wait to come back. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!

Not a bad apartment, great location. Very noisy though and windows need to be double glazed like most apartments asking for top dollar. Apart from the lukewarm water (complained but got no action) this place was clean & tastefully furnished.

I had a lovely stay at Windward apartments. The Apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Apartment was very large and felt like home. Excellent condition and very clean. Kitchen well set up and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and bathrooms modern. Location was perfect with beach view. Will definitely be back !

Great place for a family holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic. Nice and close to everything we needed. Very large apartment and great views.
