This is an update to a review i posted esrlier his year. In that review I mentioned the horrid condition of this property. Along with the fact this hotel is dangerous with used needles and scary people wondering the outside of the buildings.. My issue on this update is the blatant attempt at deception and sugar coating done by most likely the owners. The majority of ratings on this property are in the 1 and 2 star range. But suddenly you can find a few 5 star reviews. Do not be fooled. It is the management or owners of this place writing them ! Check out pictutes from past guests. Take the time to read all the comments . Go back a few years and you will find that the same issues they have now they have had for years. Example, the pool is this place has been out of order for years. Yet the management in the replies they give state otherwise. They have never fixed it !!! Management at this property state that they take the issues seriously people post. Then someone explain how the issues from years past are occuring over and over months and years later ! As to your safety here I would suggest checking with the local police and county sheriffs !!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! A dumpster is cleaner than this hotel!!! BODILY FLUID stains everywhere, NAIL clippings all over bed , DIRTY stained carpet , STRONG URINE SMELL, BROKEN WINDOWS, MOLDY BATHROOM , BROKEN furniture, Water Damage on ceilings, DRUNK homeless people sleeping right outside hotel door. I could go on and on. Employees and manager are a JOKE! They won’t refund your $ or offer ANY SOLUTION to their “ issues “. . Place needs to be CONDEMNED!!!!! I wouldn’t even give this hotel a HALF STAR. 3 star is comical. Health department is my next call.

Scary _ people wondering the hotel grounds smoking pot , drinking out of paper bags. and looking in cars. Outside doors do not lock. People by doors have them braced Hotel staff w open with chairs. Used needles on ground. Motel hallways reeked of pot. It actually took trying 3 different rooms before findling one thet did not have issues. Such as non working AC heater units, Broken and not working TV The screen was honestly cracked. Have no idea what the were so I wont venture a guess, but there were bugs crawling on the floors in one room. . Hotel staff were completely indifferent to investigating any concerns. The choice is yours. Stay here if you have no regard for your safety or well being.

The "Q" in Quality is missing. This is my second and last pass thru this place. Here, your gold, diamond, platinum status is often overlooked; mine has been twice. The DYI effort to rehab this facility and its on going maintenance is a sham. Let me provide an example, the shower, most, if not all have the letters "H" & "C" for hot and cold; moreover there is a red and blue to coordinate to reinforce the proper temp requested. Here it's backwards...can make this stuff up! There a large scrape and deep enough to have taken the paint off the far wall, showing the drywall. Their idea of a "hot" breakfast is reconstituted eggs, they look like little snowflakes on your plate, with home fries! Hmmm! Where's the meat?? The Choice Hotel chain is inundated with foreign owners who bring their homeland concepts in color schema, décor and what to serve the American Community. It's time to ditch this chain....where's a Best Western or Hampton Inn?

Pretty shabby on the outside but they take good care of the inside. Good breakfast bar. Diane, the manager, was running ragged, bless her for having to be there 14 hours a day. Very receptive to our requests, friendly. Pool was out of service but we weren't there to swim. Worth the price as a place to stay.

This place was horrible. The hotel itself is rundown and the rooms are disgusting. The first room had no power and reeked like smoke, when it is advertised as nonsmoking
The second room had stains all over the sofas, hair in the tub and on the counter, toothpaste splatters with hair and dust on the vanity mirror, the carpet was placed over an uneven floor with potholes, and there was water damage and cobb webs on the ceiling, and the headboard had something spilled on it and then poorly wiped up. Oh, and the pillows were thin and square like throw pillows.

Low cost option.
For the price it was fine, but it's a typical low cost Indian ran hotel. Bothers me when there are multiple people in a checkout line and another person just sits at the desk with the other and doesn't act like anyone is there. They don't follow PCI compliance for credit cards (Written down on paper for reservations) Didn't give my credit card back when checking in (Accident) but didn't take the time to pick up the phone and let me know. Pool was empty (repairs) and the weight machine was broken.
