Not a luxury cottage, dirty, disrepair and not as described. No electric fireplace or bbq. Robe that was unclean and hung inside out. Dirty blanket, blinds and ceilings. Very disappointed and not what we were expecting. We wouldn’t stay here again. No attention to detail or maintenance evident.

Well we didn't get the email as to where we were to go till the last minute cabin 43 got to it .it was dirty someone had spent the night smelt of mould finally got someone on the phone so went to cabin 42 floor was dirty my partner was devastated so I cleaned the room myself 3 hours later the mould smells weren't as bad but the room was clean couldn't get anyone at reception the next day on the phone so I could get towels and floor towels because I used most of them to clean the floors and shower and toilet but after all that went to reception the back door was open finally found someone to get me some clean towels we made the most of our two nights we were there I'd give it half star for service because we had none basically

Lovely spot with spectacular views
Clouds was brilliant, well appointed and reasonably priced. I loved the breakfast basket that was a lovely surprise. The view from my balcony was amazing. This will be my first choice next time I am staying in the area.

The area around hotel was a great view, however when we checked in room there was a foul smell and sheets were stained - there was noisy guests so was not a peaceful trip - our rate included breakfast however when I sent email to as no response from them, husband went to restaurant and was told they weren’t operating - we had to source breakfast elsewhere a cost that wasn’t budgeted hence booking the trip with this amnesties - contacted ******* 3 times they advised waiting on hotel ‘manager’ get back to them the staff say oh you have speak manager - will keep everyone posted FYI it’s been 6 days since our stay!

We chose this wonderful accommodative in Montville which was only a kilometre and a half from the main town. We had three units one next to the other as we were three couples and it was just perfect. We found our rooms clean and tidy. The facilities perfect. We had our coffee by the pool and the view from your front door is just breathtaking and relaxing. Highly recommend this mon contact accommodation to anyone coming up to Montville and we found the cost very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place

Grabbed this last minute deal at Clouds Montville in Sunshine Coast. We booked two standard rooms for a night stay with friends. Due to a booking glitch, one of the rooms was double booked by the website. The hotel reception generously offered us an upgrade to make things easier for us. Rooms are well kept and we enjoyed the place. The views are just great. It is a respite from the busy cities. We liked the serenity the place has offered during our stay. Being away from everything, a car is an absolute necessity. Also make sure to bring essentials as it is a bit of a hilly drive to the nearby Maleny. Very close to Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Maleny Bird Park and other tourist attractions.

VERY Unusual.
Be aware if you arrive after 5pm there is no one in attendance. I had to guess that the key might be in a safe outside. I had to guess that the blank envelope was mine ( no name on it ) and I had to guess which room I was in !!!
I paid for breakfast and the hotel does not do breakfast during the week.
