We adored our week's skiing holiday staying here and have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel! Every member of staff was delightful.. friendly.. funny.. caring. They made our week such a joy. Special mentions to Natalia, Julienne, Max & his Dad.. and Hugo who were all so attentive. And the lovely guy in charge of breakfasts too. The guys in the ski shop were also exceptionally helpful - coordinating with staff in their store in town to find a successful solution to a painful boot for one of our party. Rooms were kept immaculate. Spa area was gorgeous. Food delicious especially the extensive breakfast choice. Evening menu (for our half board Crystal package) was a little limited, admittedly, but beautifully cooked & presented.. it was not a problem to repeat our choice during our week there. The gnocchi was superb. Hotel's location was great.. a ski down to the lifts with just a short walk across the road at the bottom. Slight uphill trudge back but not a problem. We would.. and WILL.. definitely return. Probably next year in fact. Thank you all for such a special time.

Belle adresse pour boire un verre dans un cadre cosy et confortable. Pas grand monde un lundi soir, tout le monde mangeait du coup on a eu l'espace bar rien que pour nous. Les cocktails sont à des prix corrects pour une station, compter 26 euros pour 2 personnes.

worst experience
Overall the hotel was nice. the food should be much better. I’ve had the worst scrambled eggs and mac&cheese of my life even though these are the easiest dishes. The worst part was about the breakfast inclusion to the room. I have booked two rooms for four people and included the breakfast. Even though I have paid the breakfast for four people beforehand, the hotel asked me to pay for breakfast during check out.

Restaurant: portions trop petites par rapport à un hôtel 4 étoiles Elle est digne d’une cantine d’école Télévision en panne dans tout l’hôtel . La direction dit que c’est dans tout le village mais après enquête les hôtels voisins ont la télévision sans problème Les déplacements dans l’hotel sont compliqués. 2 ascenseurs loin de l’autre pour aller au restaurant. Les couloirs se ressemblent et on ne sait jamais par où aller Le seul point positif est l’espace wellness ( tout y est parfait )

Très bel hôtel, nous séjournions dans la suite privilège, nous étions 2 couple avec un enfant. Très belle chambre de 84 m2. Très bonnes literies. Manque malgré tout une douche et un wc. L'éclairage est aussi très faible dans la suite. Très bon restaurant. Nous avons dîné les 3 soirées au restaurant et les repas étaient très bons, le chef cuisinier est très doué. Le personnel du restaurant est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Un grand merci à Eric qui a su nous mettre à l'aise et merci également à Louis pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très varié. Le parking fermé est également très pratique. L'hôtel est situé au coeur des Eucherts où tous les commerces sont proches. Nous reviendrons.

J'avais laisser en janvier 2024 un très bon commentaire suite à notre visite nous décidons d'y retourner cette semaine pour y déjeuner et profiter de la piscine du spa du jacuzzi et avons réserver un massage quelle déception le personnel à totalement changé que ça soit au restaurant a l'accueil ou au massage il n'y a aucune communication entre eux c'est un désordre total d'ailleurs il n'y avait personne je comprend vu l'amabilité de la responsable à l'accueil
