Очень приветливый персонал, который реагирует на запросы. номер сам по себе чистый, но клининга как будто нет, вроде и убираются, а вроде и грязь на полу остается после прихода сотрудников. В основном приходилось самим убираться.
смена полтенец и белья заявлена, как раз в три дня, но приходилось обращаться на стойку, чтобы сменеджерить персонал.
в номере есть утюг и вся кухонные принадлежности для готовки.
рядом с отелем есть несколько вкусных пекарен, а в 5-ти минутах ходьбы большой супермаркет.
рядом с отелем 2 остановки общественного транспорта, чтобы добраться до метро, метро тоже недалеко (8-10 минут пешком)

It's fine, and very spacious, clean. Customer service could have been better. I had an issue with booking (duplicate booking of the same hotel) and they could not offer me anything.
