Ok I'll start with the good. 1.The room was very clean. 2. The hotel was a little older, but the rooms had been refreshed not long ago, so that made it nicer. 3. Hotel was very quiet, no road noise. 4. Bed mattress was ok . Pool & area around the pool, was very clean, also fitness area looked clean. Now the Bad - The breakfast attendant looked mad, are grumpy, not sure which, I wasn't impressed. Also be early to breakfast because she pulled asap even when there was a family with small children trying to eat. The front desk ladies (night and morning) were efficiently friendly, but I asked night clerk about quarters for the guest laundry machines & she was Very blunt in response. It's a strange set up... The washers, dryers, ice machine and water fountain all are in a room together, and the room door is closed at 8pm. So, no Ice, water, are laundry after 7:30?. We checked in at 730pm and went to do one load of wet kid's clothes at 745 and was told by desk clerk I could not use the laundry, because it would close at *8 OCLOCK! to me that is absurd! Ice and water should be available 24 hrs. a day, and the guest washer and dryers should stay open till AT LEAST 930 so ppl can be finished by 10pm. I have never encountered this at any other hotel. Also, they are in the middle of installing an elevator, but it wasn't working when we stayed. Would I stay again?... My room was clean, and decent, but due to the laundry set up, unfriendliness of attendant, sorry but I will be choosing a different hotel next time I'm in Montrose Co.

This hotel is being renovated & still some areas are under construction. Our room had been redone & was very nice & clean. Our room was small but adequate for our stay. The elevator wasn’t installed at the time of our stay & the girl who checked us in was very helpful in making sure we were on the first floor. Our only negative was the pillows - the bed had plenty of pillows but none of them were easy for either of us to use - too much foam in them.

This is a new or renovated hotel. It is still under construction. While we were there, they were still working on the parking lot, the lobby, and a room upstairs. There was plenty of parking available. It is near the outskirts of town so you will need to drive to restaurants. Check in and out was fast and easy. The pool is indoors but was not heated. Breakfast included sausage links, scrambled eggs, hash browns, make your own waffles, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal, and fruit. Our room was large and clean. I'm not sure it had ever been used. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The AC worked well. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Nice amenities. The Wi-Fi worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Fresh & New, yes still finishing remodel but our room was updated and so was lobby,pool, and eating area,best shower ever in a hotel. Great location for our overnight stay to fly out of Montrose AirportBreakfast was just average. Really nice

Bel établissement entièrement rénové. Wifi performant, air climatisé performant, la chambre avec lit king est très grande. Belle douche neuve, meubles neufs. Endroit impeccable, mon meilleur à date. Bien insonorisé.

Under renovation but they were off duty the hours we stayed. Wonderful hot breakfast! Super comfy beds and pillows! Very accommodating you lady. Computer gave her a fit, but she worked around it and got us checked in!!! We will be back as long as the price is reasonable like Tuesday night!
