Very accommodating staff. Rooms are big beds are comfy. Fridges could be a bit bigger but its been a nice stay for the long haul so far.

The hotel is a small hotel run and managed by locals. The staff are also mainly locals. About one-third of the local residents are of Mexican origin, so this town has many affordable Mexican-style restaurants for tourists to choose from. In addition, it is within easy reach of Gunnison Canyon National Park, making it a first choice place to stay when visiting the national park. I recommend Tacos EI Gordo Motrose, a Mexican restaurant not far from the hotel that is rated as the best Mexican restaurant in the local area. The Smother taste is very suitable for my wife and me. Economical, fast and convenient. Although Ctrip informed the hotel that it did not provide breakfast, it actually provided guests with a simple breakfast including bagged milk, burgers, dessert biscuits and other bags. The hotel also provides hot water and coffee 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. Recommend friends in need to choose to stay here.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They are infested with mice and homeless. I ended up sleeping in the car because the mice were even in the bed. I will post pictures of the mice on the table, mice (poop) droppings in the bed and window ceil. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload the videos. The owner refused to refund me and actually charged me 3 times the amount that I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Boutique hotel-what a joke! Yucky and smelly! The carpets & upholstery were stained-gross! Bathroom floors were sticky! Back of the toilet was off, bathroom sink was cracked, and the sink dripped constantly. Worst hotel ever-horrible!

Very rundown. Some renovation being done on parts of motel. Pool covered with torn cover. Carpet in hallway was the worst I've ever seen. Room carpet was not in very good shape. Patio door chain lock was broken and laying on the floor. AC was either on or off, thermostat broke. Toilet broke. No toilet paper in the room, and I had to go get it from office. It was the largest room I've ever seen but definitely the only compliment due. Didn't attempt the breakfast so no review. Would not stay there again in the current state!

There is nothing boutique about this rather rundown grubby motel. The sheets on my bed had obviously already been slept in even though the bed was made up. The room was huge. It seems like most of the rooms are sold on a weekly/monthly basis..

We have used the Red Arrow many times over the years, returning because of convenience, cost and quality service. Not this time! The good: the room was comfortable. The bad: poor communication with the staff, lack of a television remote even after we requested one, late breakfast time for travelers who need to depart early, slow or unavailable internet, "things" left in the bathroom by prior guests, toilet paper on the floor not in the holder, etc. I could go one. We won't stay here again after many prior experiences that were satisfacotry.
