Normally we use big name hotels for all the amenities. This time due to a forest fire, hotels were booked with firefighters and evacuees. Finding a room was hard and we happened on Minecart. We were desperate and got their last room we were told. It was a single queen. Though small, it was clean, efficient, functional and looked like our room (#25 I think) was newly tiled, floored, painted, and furnished. We really were pleasantly surprised and happy with our room, tiny but perfect for our needs. The evening staff and the morning staff were very pleasant and helpful and friendly and professional.

The room was plain and basic. Nothing fancy. The bathroom was small and it was not handicap accessible, even though we had requested that through a travel agency. There was not a sink in the bathroom, but there was one in the room with the bed. The shower/bath surface was slippery and dangerous for older folks like us.The sink was small and the cabinet area was small, which made it difficult to spread out utensils to get ready. Extra towels were not provided unless you asked for them and the room is not daily cleaned unless you ask for it. There is not a continental breakfast but a grab and go type with a granola bar, pop, tarts, etc. on the plus side, on arrival the room was clean. We were booked for five nights, but we left after the first night.

It’s an old motor in that’s been redone. So the rooms are small. I was only there to sleep after long flights home from Vietnam. Main reason I stayed there was my favorite quick Mexi fix was access the street. Taco’s Today. Their Berria’s taco’s are off the chart.

It's an older motel but has been remodeled. Rooms are very quiet. You don't hear quests in other rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating
