Unser Doppelzimmer ging zum Hof, schon bei geschlossenem Fenster roch es unangenehm nach Küche, auch in den Korridoren. Bei offenem Fenster drang die ganze Abluft der Küche ins Zimmer. Unsere Kleider und Haare stanken und mir wurde schlecht vom Fettgeruch, sodass ich sehr schlecht schlief. Die Ventilatoren der Küche lärmten die ganze Nacht. Ich machte die Receptionistin darauf aufmerksam. Sie schien das Problem zu kennen, machte jedoch keine Anstalten, mir mit dem Preis (240 CHF!!!) entgegenzukommen. Das Frühstück war ok, aber mit 18 CHF teuer.

Went during the jazz festival. Hotel had a great location right on the main waterfront and was surprisingly quiet (good sound insulation). Staff was excellent and the family apartment we rented was large and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the firmness of the bed but that's a personal preference. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. The 2 ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful that they set the positive tone right away. Our room was delightful with a lake view and a small balcony which was perfect for enjoying some wine in the evening. The location is great and it’s an easy walk to the train station.

Excellent experience. We booked the family suite and was expecting a room with 3 beds. Instead we were welcomed to a 3 bedroom apartment. One queen, and singles in the two other rooms. Very clean. The staff was also incredibly helpful. The attached restaurant was terrific.

Ótima localização, a vista é parcial do lago. Os aptos que os elevadores não chegam são realmente difíceis devido as escadas em caracol e não tem ninguém para ajudar com a bagagem ( para chegar no 311 são 3 lances de escada e muitos degraus). A atendente foi atenciosa porém fornece informações de forma extremamente rápida. Tem secador de toalhas no banheiro. A cozinha é bem completa e tudo funcionou bem. O café da manhã é regular, não tem ovos mexidos nem omelete. Tem ovos cozidos ( frio e tem que descascar). Quase nenhuma fruta, poucas opções mesmo. A recepção fecha em determinado horário, daí o hóspede entra passando o cartão do quarto ou digitando um código. O box do banheiro é minúsculo e não tem amenidades como shampoo, creme e touca de banho. Valeu pela varanda, cozinha e localização. Nesta região todos os hotéis fornecem um Travel Card para deslocamento na cidade e em torno da mesma.

Gegen unseren Plan sind wir sehr spät angekommen. Trotzdem wurden wir freundlich empfangen und bekamen den Zimmerschlüssel und konnten am nächsten Morgen einschecken.
