A great hotel in a mountainous location and an amazing view, for those who want to be outside the city center, highly recommended, there is free transportation close to the hotel, normal breakfast, dinner was a disappointment, the food was cold and not suitable for such a luxurious hotel. The interior and exterior of the hotel is very special.

I spent my birthday here for the second year in a row. The whole experience from planning to the day was nothing short of 1st class. We had the piano next to our table. The food was delicious and the service from Thomas and Lucie exceptional. We would like to make a special mention to Mr. Juan Decorde who helped us in planning the menus and drinks, he was so professional and accommodated all of our requests - we also noted him out on the front line with his teams working hard. Last but not least, we had such a wonderful greeting and goodbye from Mr and Mrs Mittermair. I say bravo Hotel Victoria, don't change a thing, especially the servers wearing those timeless white jackets.

Comme en 2022 avec ma mère, ce séjour était merveilleux. La beauté du site, la qualité de la cuisine et surtout l’accueil et le service sont incomparables et font du Victoria un endroit rare et précieux, surtout à notre époque ou l’uniformité et la standardisation sont la règle. Merci à la famille Mittermair et toute l’équipe du Victoria.

Anlässlich unserer alljährlichen Kochreise besuchten wir das Hotel Viktoria. Der Generalmenager Antoine Mitermayer nahm sich die Zeit uns durch das Hotel zu führen und Erklärungen dazu abzugeben. Toni Mitermayer, der Hotelbesitzer schenkte uns seine Aufmerksamkeit beim anschliessenden Apero. Das 5 Gange Menu war hervorragend und die Weine dazu erlesen. Das Personal zeigte sich zuvorkommend freundlich und stilsicher. Ich wünsche der Crew des Hotels Viktoria das Allerbeste. Wir alle waren tief beeindruckt. Danke.

Nous y avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle. Je dois dire que depuis l’arrivée du nouveau Directeur F&B M. Juan Decorde et la reprise de la gestion de l’établissement par M. Antoine Mittermair, le climat a nettement changé pour le mieux. Il y a un regain de dynamisme sincèrement appréciable qui donne envie de passer un séjour plus long dans cet endroit magique. - il y a des propositions de cocktails délicieux et novateurs; - le service s’est rajeunit et le personnel est vraiment d’une gentillesse et d’une efficacité comme rarement vus - Il n’y a eu aucune attente au restaurant bien que ce soit là il y avait 60 couverts ! - Le menu était délicieux Bravo et on se réjouit déjà de la prochaine fois !
