If you are looking for a hotel at the cutting edge of modernity, move on! The establishment's asset lies in its location on the lake (sumptuous view from some rooms and to a lesser extent from the restaurant), in the old-fashioned charm of its Belle Époque style and in the attentive service provided by its excellent staff. The little extra: large indoor swimming pool at the ideal temperature, flanked by its sauna/hammam.
This little gem takes its place in the magical setting that is the Montreux resort

This hotel is beautiful. She’s a grand old lady with charm and luxury. We loved everything about it. The rooms are big, yes the furniture is from a gone age but we loved it and wouldn’t want any changes. The balconies are to die for. That view of lake Geneva and the Alps 😍 The reception areas are gorgeous. Breakfast room is a delight. There’s an Apple Pc with games for the kids. Every morning there was free fresh flavoured tea in reception. The pool is lovely. It’s accessible from level -2 from reception. There is no toilets in the pool area. Remember to nip in the ones on -2 before you get the final life down to -3 and the pool. There are pool towels down there and a sauna. The promenade to Montreux is accessible from a different lift to -3. It’s a beautiful walk. Reception staff are lovely especially Diana who we loved and was so helpful. If you need a kettle ask at reception but you need to pop down later to pick one up. I asked housekeeping for more pillows. They were also very nice. We will definitely be back. It was our third stay here. So sad to have to leave.

Habitué de cet hôtel , je reviens avec plaisir dans cet hôtel. Un personnel très accueillant et compétent . Une vue à couper le souffle. Le cadre est un anxiolytique géant 😉. L’hôtel propose tous les services nécessaires . Je recommande vivement

wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Ein langes schmales Zimmer, das aufgeteilt war in einen Teil mit Bett, ein weiterer Teil mit Sofa etc. Eine kleine Toilette mit Dusche, ein weiteres Bad. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel verschrammt, Furniere blättern ab,die Toilettentüre unten wie abgenagt, richtig angegammelt. Die Teppichböden auf dem Weg zum Zimmer haben schon viel gesehen, auch die sehr abgenutzt. Der Frühstücksraum ist deprimierend. Nie mehr möchte ich dort auch nur 5 Minuten verbringen, trotz der schönen Aussicht. Verblichene Pracht, so könnte man es ausdrücken. Beim Empfang wurde uns diese Junior Suite als die aller schönste Junior Suite des Hotels empfohlen, um Himmels Willen, wie sehen dann erst die anderen aus? Also nie wieder.

J’adore cet hôtel, j’y suis déjà venue et j’y reviendrai encore. Depuis la chambre tout comme au petit déjeuner, une vue magnifique ! Personnel adorable, efficace, très bonnes connaissances de leur métier dans chacun des services. L’hôtel a toujours répondu positivement à mes souhaits. Accès au spa avec la chambre et places de parque à côté. Un lieu où je me sens bien, cet hôtel a une belle âme.

La vue et la piscine sont top. Le personnel est souriant et efficace. La promenade le long du lac pour rejoindre le centre-ville est très agréable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus fourni. La literie est très bonne. Globalement une bonne expérience.
