挺好的，前台工作人員很熱情，態度也很好，就是下來出火車站的時候電梯壞了，要拖着箱子走比較久，其他都挺好的，景色也不錯，就是晚上風有點大

房間比較乾淨、安靜，並且對着日內瓦湖，看到湖對面的山景。早餐一般，每位30法朗，酒店下面的餐館還不錯。

酒店大樓建在日內瓦湖邊上，是蒙特勒市區少有的高層建築。大堂有免費的飲料和爆米花，早餐就餐環境很好，食材也比較豐富。

This hotel stay experience really disappointed me. The whole process can be said to be terrible and aggrieved. Although the scenery is indeed good, the service attitude, hygiene conditions, and attitude towards Asian tourists all made me very uncomfortable. I originally booked a lake view room with a balcony, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was arranged on the first floor. The balcony is not facing the lake at all, but facing the hotel's terrace pool - outside the window are all tourists sunbathing, there is no privacy at all, and there is no lake view. I didn't even dare to open the curtains, let alone enjoy the sunshine. This is completely different from the introduction I saw when I booked the room online. The female employee who received me at the front desk was particularly cold. She didn't say a word of extra words throughout the whole process. She didn't introduce the hotel or explain any check-in information. She asked me to give her my bank card and wrote down my bank card information without explaining the reason. What's even more outrageous is that when I found that the room type was wrong and went downstairs to find her to change rooms, she was enthusiastically receiving other guests, but when she saw me, she immediately changed her face and pretended not to see me. I stood aside and waited, and she suddenly asked me coldly, "What are you doing?" I said I wanted to change rooms, and she pretended not to hear me. I could only approach her and repeat that this room was not right and that it was a terrible stay. After she heard me, her first sentence was not to solve the problem, but to tell me in a fierce tone to "stay away from the other guest's bag". I was dumbfounded at the time. I didn't touch the bag at all, and the person didn't say anything. Why did she doubt me like this? It really felt like she was speaking with prejudice, which was very humiliating. Later, another male receptionist helped me change rooms, but his attitude was just as perfunctory, and he had no expression on his face throughout the whole process, as if he was completing a task. Although the scenery of the new room was finally right, the hygiene was really hard to describe: There were spider webs in the corners, and more than one towel had black stains. It was not as clean and tidy as it should be. When I checked out the next day, another female receptionist was replaced. I stood in front of her for more than a minute, and she ignored me directly and ignored me completely until I took the initiative to say "I want to check out". She looked up, and then continued to let me wait, with a cold attitude and indifference throughout the whole process. From beginning to end, I didn't feel the respect I deserved. As an Asian traveler, I can clearly feel that the hotel staff's attitude towards us is different from that towards other guests - not hostile, but just cold, perfunctory, keeping distance, and even guarding against you. In short, this hotel is really not good in other aspects except for the scenery. The service is poor, the attitude is cold, and the hygiene is not in place. If you are Asian, I really suggest you consider it carefully.
