The location is good, with the bus stop at the door and the train station very close. There is also a gas station and supermarket next to it. The hotel is right on the lake and has a dream view. I often go there during the Christmas holidays. I find the breakfast buffet very expensive. Above all, children over the age of twelve pay the full price, contrary to what is advertised online. I then noticed that a small breakfast buffet is also offered in the foyer for 15 Swiss francs, which is sufficient. Our room was forgotten to be cleaned, although we had put up a sign asking for it to be cleaned between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. I booked the hotel for the first time through Trip COM and although I thought I had booked a room with a direct lake view, I got one with a park side view. We looked out over a construction site, a meadow and the lake in the distance. I was very sorry that I didn't have a direct lake view. I'm excited to see how it goes next time.

The service was very good and the buffet breakfast had a good range of options available. Would happily stay here again.
Location wise it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, but it was also very conveniently next to the Noel market.

The hotel is close to the train station and is easy to find. It takes about 10 minutes to walk and is only one stop away from the bus. The room is quite large and has a large balcony with lake view. I booked a triple room.
