Il s'agit tout simplement d'un hotel de passe.
Chambre lugubre, de la moisissure sur les murs, plein de cloques egalement. Une odeur horrible.
Nous avons pris la décision de ne pas y rester avec ma femme.

Clean room near metro station
Hotel is located near metro but there is only one escalator in this station. Main street is a bit noisy. Restaurants have various ethnic backgrounds. Two blocks away there are nice cafes, patisserie, wine shop and market square.
Evening front desk lady was super helpful. Just ask hair dryer or hot water. Rooms have tv but no safe, fridge nor water pan. Bed was good and room was very clean. There is carpet. Room is very humid during rainy day. There is no a/c. Toilet was very small and shelf was loose so there was no place to lay your stuff.
I think this is ok hotel as Paris standard and good with this price.

Pros: Accommodation is very near to train/Metro station. That’s the only good part.
Cons: Lift is so small that if you have claustrophobia, you’ll not even go in.
All pictures on the portals are photoshopped, rooms are very old looking.
Tiles are out in the bathroom, you can’t sit on the toilet seat if you have long legs, paint on the walls is coming out from so many places.

El lugar no es malo pero la zona no es la mejor, afortunadamente tiene el metro cruzando la calle y eso lo hace conveniente... Tiendas de conveniencia cerca. La habitación es sencilla pero estaba limpia. Considerando lo caro que es París creo que fue una buena opción. El detalle que me parece delicado es que tiene otro nombre en la fachada, dice Hotel Ideal no Robespierre

Même si des petits détails laissent un peu à désirer... Rideaux décrochés par endroit.. tâche d'anciennes fuite dans la salle de bain... La chambre est spacieuse très propre deco simple...le coin douche suffisant et propre. Deuxième passage dans cet établissement et je suis satisfaite.. bon rapport qualité prix pour Montreuil

Un peu deçu
Grosse chaleur dans les chambres car pas de clim, propreté salle de bain à revoir et gel douche dejà ouvert et utilisé. Dommage sinon personnel très serviable et agréable.
