En dépit de la gentillesse des personnels (réceptionnistes, employées d'étage) c'est très cher pour un hôtel de ce niveau (déco chambre surrané, sdb exigu, mal sonorisé). 4 jours sans eau chaude, je suis tombée malade, ce qui fût très problématique car je devais me rendre à un congrès international à Tunis et j'y ai été diminuée tout le long. J'ai demandé un geste commercial au réceptioniste-gérant, il m'a renvoyé vers le propriétaire M MAYOUFI, j'ai énvoyé 2 mails à ce monsieur, restés sans réponse à ce jour. Je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel.

En séjour du Vendredi 16 Mai 17h00-17h1 environ au Lundi 19 Mai 9h30-9h45. Personnel bienveillant, à l'écoute, réactif, toujours souriant ! On se croirait presque dans une pension de famille. Cuisine accessible pour thé ou maté comme moi (j'avais ce qu'il fallait) ou café pour ma compagne de voyage même en pleine nuit pour l'insomniaque que je suis. Chambre accueillante, lumineuse.....Sanitaire nickel. Petit dej préparé avec soin (seul bémol, c'est un petit dej continental à la Française mois qui suit un bec salé mais un peu de Bayonne et un sandwich poulet acheté à la boulangerie voisine pendant ma promenade matinale à fait l'affaire. Centre de Montreuil à 20mn/1/2 heure à pied (bon des travaux mais de chouettes restau) Bref, à refaire.....

It's clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are lovely, and it's right by the metro, bus stops, supermarket, a lively square, and a big park. Very convenient.

La chambre puait le tabac ! La moquette, les draps… tout était imprégné.
Les prises de courant ne marchaient pas : impossible charger mon téléphone ou travailler sur ordinateur.
Bruit de la ventilation de la salle de bain élevé et gênant.

Poorly soundproofed room, you can hear the TV in the next room as well as their conversation. When I entered the room, the window was wide open (5° outside). No hot water for two days and the welcome is very variable depending on the person, we go from super welcome to aggressiveness depending on the receptionist. Average breakfast, we went to the bakery 50 m away for a coffee and a real croissant for €2.50. I would not return to this hotel, the security is very worrying, the fire doors are blocked by wooden wedges. UNACCEPTABLE and a shame because the metro is right across the street.
