La struttura si presenta come un hotel ma in verità non lo è: è un residence che serve anche un po' di colazione. Dovrebbe esserci maggiore chiarezza su questo aspetto. La reception è presente solo in poche ore della giornata nei giorni lavorativi, la pulizia delle camere non esiste (abbiamo chiesto noi il cambio asciugamani dopo un paio di giorni), non c'è un asciugacapelli nella stanza (e abbiamo dovuto faticare per avere uno). Per il resto receptionist e personale nella sala per la colazione sono stati gentilissimi, le stanze (premium) sono curate.

the location is good, 5 minutes walk to metro station. no one cleaned the rooms for our 5 days stay.

Hotel muito confortável, tem até uma área como uma cozinha, ótima para comprar no mercado e preparar no quarto, super confortável ótimo para descansar, o único problema é que todo barulho da rua vc escuta, então se vc tem sono leve esqueça, vai dormir mal. Caso esse não seja seu problema, será perfeito!
O hotel fica há uns 7 min da estação de metrô. Vc chega em todo lugar.

Situation idéale au porte de Paris mais le manque de volets aux fenêtres et le bar de l'autre côté de la rue ne sont pas prometteur pour s'endormir rapidement.
Le petit déjeuner est à fuire, peux de choix et viennoiseries surgelés.
Parking souterrain fermé à prix correct.

The property was not up to the standards regarding price and comfortably. Only by entering the room you could notice that it was not even close to the pictures they have online. It was dirty and ugly. The kitchen was falling apart, you could see how the sink was stabilized with 4 small pieces of brick in the edges. Now, the bathroom was horrible, it was dirty, the floor tiles were broken and the faucet was not proportionate to the size of the sink, so it was really uncomfortable to brush your teeth or wash your face. Also, each time you bathed, the water would splash all over the place, leaving the floor soaking wet. The windows of the property were dusty and had a lot of spider webs. The curtains looked like a piece of bed sheet hanging on the ceiling. The location of the property was far from downtown but it had a metro station nearby.

A localização muito boa, mas não havia reposição de papel higiênico por exemplo. Azulejos quebrados no banheiro e alguns problemas de manutenção. A localização é muito boa e próxima ao metrô.
