The location is good, right next to the train station, and it takes 2-3 minutes to walk there if you take the train. It is also very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk. Other than that, there is nothing to praise. In addition to the additional fees specified on Ctrip, you also need to pay a deposit when you check in. This is the only hotel that requires a deposit when we visited several cities in France and several European countries this time. And you have to pay the 50 euro deposit by credit card. The short male waiter at the hotel front desk said in a blunt manner that you can't stay without a credit card. It makes people feel uncomfortable.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to shops, restaurants, and bars.
Good value for money.
Bed was comfy, and shower was very good quality.
Note: Double beds are two singles pushed together.

Friendly staff, clean room, good bed, lovely shower and within walking distance of the station. We were allowed into the room earlier than check-in time, which was very nice!

Super hôtel! Le personnel est qualifiée, à l'écoute et gentil. Il y a un spa (non testé) et un bar très agréable avec vu sur la gare et une belle terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec cereales, divers jus, divers the, divers types de pains, de la charcuterie, du saumon, du fromage, du bacon grillé, des oeufs brouillés etc. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une tv, la salle de bain était très propres et comme neuve, gel douche à disposition. Hôtel très calme. A la vue des prestations et du prix de la chambre, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

I changed my choice of hotel to this at the last minute and very pleased that I did. I messaged prior to arrival to let them know how early we would be arriving. I received a reply to let me know their check in times which I already knew but on our arrival our room was ready which was perfect. Room was great, location was great, staff were great and cleaner was fantastic too.

Beautiful room. Great location. Friendly staff who helped us very quickly with a couple of requests. Highly recommend. One room’s shower was designed without a door, but house keeping cleaned up the water every morning. The other room had shower with door.

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été gâchée par la présence de punaises de lit. Malheureusement, dès la première nuit, j'ai été piqué par ces parasites. En inspectant la literie et les meubles, j'ai constaté la présence évidente de punaises de lit. J'ai immédiatement alerté le personnel de l'hôtel, mais la situation n'a pas été correctement prise en charge. Non seulement cela a affecté mon sommeil et mon confort, mais cela pose également un risque pour la santé des autres clients. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement tant que des mesures efficaces de lutte contre les punaises de lit ne seront pas mises en place
