Une vaste escroquerie. A fuir. J'ai annulé une semaine complète et ils m'ont remboursés 20€. Maintenant, je lirais les avis avant de me rendre dans un établissement. Je rigole quand je vois les autres commentaires.

Devant l'entrée, au 4 rue Alexis Alquie, aucun panneau n'indique que c'est un hotel. Le nom "Coeur urbain" est sur une sonnette de l'immeuble, mais aucune réponse lorsque j'ai sonné ce lundi 20 juin vers 19h30. J'ai alors sonné chez un autre habitant de l'immeuble qui m'a ouvert. A l'intérieur, dans une entrée sombre, une indication avec une flèche sur le devant de l'escalier indique l'appartement "Coeur Urbain bedrooms", mais quand on sonne, il n'y a personne. J'ai donc appelé au numéros indiqués sur Google, mais personne ne répond, car les boîtes vocales sont pleines. J'ai donc dû trouver une chambre dans un autre hotel en urgence, sachant qu'ils sont souvent complets à cette époque de l'année. Comme j'avais payé pour deux nuits à 88 euros la nuit, je suis retourné le mercredi 22 juin à 17h : toujours personne à l'accueil pour m'ouvrir, et personne pour m'accueillir dans la chambre. Le même scénario. Un conseil simple : Circulez ! Il n'y a rien à voir !

Coeur Urbain is located right beside the St-Roch train station, great location but in all other aspects it's poor: it's dirty, there's nothing in the kitchen (one fork! No cork screw!) and the property manager is down right mean. There is no attendant on the premises and they will NOT answer the phone if you call. We have three phones numbers given to us if we have an issue and all three have full voice boxes that will not accept new messages. To get in, you need a code to open a key box on another street, practical when you are dragging your luggage. The five bedrooms are located 2 floors up and there's no elevator. My recommendation go elsewhere.
