Le Maje Hostel

The location is excellent. It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

Un seul mot pour décrire mon séjour :NUL. Un hostel qui ne ressemble à rien, ça ne donne aucune envie d'y séjourner, c'est le pire hostel que j'ai pu voir. Chambre toute miniscule pour 6 personnes , il ne faut mesurer 1,83m ou plus, le lit serait tout petit pour vous. J'ai été piqué par des punaises de lit,j'ai demandé un remboursement des prochaines nuitées pour que je puisse réserver ailleurs, mais le responsable ne souhaitait pas prendre ses responsabilités et a refusé en 2 fois ma demande tout en me disant qu'ils y sont pour rien... Au bout d'un moment, il fallait prendre ses responsabilités, et le responsable qui n'est jamais présent sur place, au télétravail au quotidien et même les employés me disaient qu'ils communiquent avec eux que via email, je ne souhaiterai pas travailler pour un tel employeur personnellement. .. la chambre a été traitée contre les punaises en seulement 2H, or qu'il faudrait laisser le produit agir pour au moins 24H ( Ce sont des sociétés spécialisées qui le disent). Literie déplorable, et rien ne donne envie de séjourner au sein de cet établissement. Un seul point positif : L'emplacement, il est tout près de la gare St Roch et les réceptionnistes sont très gentils et sympas aussi. À fuir !

I book through *********** a female dormitory room and am assigned a bed in a male dormitory room. They don't inform you (due to occupation or whatever of the error until I realized it myself). They don't care if your privacy is violated or if you feel uncomfortable. I reported it to the Reception immediately but, with a "sorry", I don't know how to solve things. They also do not offer you alternatives and/or compensation for the serious mistake committed. I look for the customer service area on ***********'s website and of course, 24 hours later, they tell you that they are going to contact the establishment and time passes and they don't do anything either. Normally, they have your money and they don't care at all about the client themselves. How unpleasant it has been! What unrest! This is how they go about offering services and giving the opposite. The hostel zero compensation. ***********, does not offer either! A very bad experience.
