Siamo stati decisamente bene,non ricordo i nomi della signora alla reception e del signore al bar/ristorante sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. La location è molto bella,le stanze buone,il nostro bagno avrebbe qualcosa da migliorare per il lavabo posto ad angolo,trovato un po’ scomodo,ma comunque sono dettagli.

Borgo molto carino e in stile. Prenotato con booking un appartamento che appare da subito molto scarno e soprattutto freddo! Il termostato della caldaia segnava 10 °C al nostro arrivo... segno che la caldaia era stata appena accesa!! Cavoli, sai che arrivano ospiti... accendi almeno dal mattino. Nella camera il caldo è arrivato, se si può dire, al secondo giorno. La mattina del terzo giorno la caldaia è andata in blocco (ma era il momento del checkout). L'appartamento era così scarno che nonostante l'angolo cottura, mancavano le pentole!! La sera per fare una pasta le abbiamo dovute chiedere... perché a detta della receptionist le danno solo su richiesta e la nostra prenotazione non era formula residence ma solo appartamento. Peccato che su booking non era indicato (anzi) e che, peggio ancora, al check-in non ci è stato indicato. Diciamo che l'attenzione al cliente non è proprio il loro punto di forza!!

Camere spaziose accoglienza ottima ristorante di ottimo livello … tutti molto gentili reception chef ( richieste sempre rispettate)e caposala ( gentile educato )… siamo stati bene insieme in un contesto favoloso . I bambini sono stati bene molto liberi nessun problema

Abbiamo fatto una sosta veloce in questo borgo.. carinissima la location, staff molto professionale, cordiale e disponibile..siamo rimasti affascinati sia dalla struttura, che dalla cucina.. abbiamo mangiato molto bene, ottimi i sapori...e anche i bambini hanno gradito. Siamo un po' fuori mano, ma se dovesse capitare, torneremo molto volentieri, anche perché è un bel punto strategico per visitare le bellezze umbre della zona.

Great country stay
Beautiful setting. Spacious mini apartment. Comfortable bed and good heat. They let us borrow an iron for dressing for an event we attended. We borrowed a cork screw as well. Had a brief problem with boiler, but they reset immediately. Very nice breakfast. We would certainly return.

Stay Here-It's a Dream!
The photos do not do this location justice! It is even more beautiful. I usually stay in Tuscany but now Umbria is at the top of my list. Besides being elegant, comfortable, and super clean, Borgo Pulciano Agriturismo is very affordable! It is super pet and family friendly. It also has probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Italy! And there are 2 pools! Absolutely the best!

Waardeloze accommodatie
Op het eerste gezicht is het een geweldige locatie. Vriendelijk personeel, maar rampzalig verblijf. Kamers zijn ontzettend gehorig. Echt belachelijk! De douche was rampzalig. Water over de gehele vloer! Kraantje van wc reservoir was dichtgedraaid toen we aankwamen, we weten nu waarom! Zodra je het.opendraaide liep de vloer van de badkamer vol met water. Hier werd niets aangedaan. We hadden voor 4 nachten geboekt, pas na twee nachten bieden ze ons een andere kamer in hetzelfde blok aan! Hiermee lossen ze niets op! Ons geplande, welverdiende weekend werd totaal verpest door deze rampzalige accommodatie! Nooit weer!!!
