A beautiful property and a very warm welcome by friendly staff.
My room was tastefully decorated to modern standards. Lovely spacious room with shower room and toilet off the hall. Great little terrace too.
I highly recommend Apostrophe which us in walking distance to some lovely restaurants. I ate in La Rencontre which was wonderful.

Lieu magique empreint d'Histoire, merci à Franck de le faire revivre et surtout de le partager avec nous. Séjourner au sein de la Manufacture c'est voyager en conscience, c'est savoir encore s'emerveiller... Les chambres sont très confortables et plein de charme, les lits sont grands, c'est très calme. Le restaurant présente également un grand intérêt : Franck rapporte des recettes de ses voyages....encore un acte de générosité !! L'équipe est vraiment sympa et grâce à eux on glane les bons conseils pour visiter les incontournables qu'offre la région...et Dieu sait qu'il y en a!!!!

Very nice and particular place, personnel very kind and helpful. It is not only an hotel, but a cultural places with exibitions, concerts, festivals, and many art objects. Very very nice.

L'établissement est très particulier C'est un lieu magnifique mais il a besoin de beaucoup de travaux Il se trouve dans une manufacture très très abimée et il faut le voir avec un certain esprit. Les chambres sont spacieuses malheureusement sans climatisation et comme elles donnent sur une terrasse commune il n'est pas possible de laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte.Il n'y a pas de télé dans la chambre , et même si c'est le village du livre on a pas toujours envie de lire en se couchant, pas de plateau bouilloire etc..Un plus, les WC sont séparés de la salle de bain par contre peu d'article de toilette ( savonnette et un liquide pour les mains) excellent petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse avec du pain et des croissants excellents L'accueil est chaleureux et le monsieur raconte joliment l'histoire du lieu

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'Apostrophe. C'est un lieu très original: la chambre se situe dans la maison de maître de la manufacture. On se croirait dans un petit château, tout est meublé et décoré avec goût. Un joli petit salon permet de se reposer ainsi que la terrasse ombragée et les terrasses communes des chambres. Le patron est très sympa et donne envie de visiter les lieux. La manufacture accueille des artistes et spectacles, c'est un lieu étonnant. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et de qualité. Nous avons également dîné la bas et c'était très bon. Bref un lieu étonnant et plein de charme, proche de Carcassonne et au coeur du village de Montolieu.
